Heidi Harman Orthodontics

I wish I would have found Fry Orthodontics before following through with Heidi Harman. I am giving five stars because today was only my second appointment with Fry and they have gotten more done in two appointments than Heidi did in four years. I am not one to write crude reviews but Heidi Harman gave me a horrible experience. Cancelling appointments without notice ( then blaming me, the patient for not putting myself back on the books), her bed side manner was non existent, she was so rude and nasty to her staff. For example; at one appointment she had me sitting in the chair for almost two hours because she had an attitude with an employee that had been assisting with my care during that appointment. I also didn’t appreciate her smelling of cigarettes during my visit. I just wish I knew of Fry Orthodontics sooner. Now Heidi Harman has retired and to that I say - good riddance, she will not be missed.

I absolutely LOVE fry orthodontics, very friendly staff, helpful doctors that listen to your input! And with the new plaza location closer to my home!! Special shoutout to Lorenzo for always having a warm and welcome smile when I see him!! :)

I had multiple huge wisdom teeth coming in and dr. Harmen told me to just wait until i was done with my Invisalign. A year later my wisdom teeth came in crooked and completely rooted into my gums, all just for her to tell me that i should of gotten them took out a while ago. She assured its no big deal but now its a huge deal. Customer service was absolutely terrible too, multiple times i had the same set in for months with no reminder that i had to change them. I had to walk in and ask, they didn't even seem to care that they didn't remind me. Usually they would give me a date but that only happened once. I would of been done a year ago if it wasn't for thier team.👎👎👎👎

After several consultations with other providers we are so glad we found Johannah with Heidi Harman Ortho. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and consultative. She along with Dr Heidi helped frame the best option for long term success and made my daughter feel comfortable. Thank you for being kind and transparent.

Johannah gave me an incredible consult and made the whole process so easy. She’s hands down the best treatment coordinator in Kansas City—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and taken care of.
