The short of it is: Seemed promising initially, but the customer service experience was frustratingly poor. I was interested in getting Invisalign treatment and visited Dr. Harman's practice as they specialized in it. The initial consultation went well. The staff seemed helpful, and I met Dr. Heidi Harman. The assistant took detailed photos and X-rays, assuring me that they would email my information, pricing, and treatment plan by the next day to help me make an informed decision. However, despite repeated texts and calls over the next FOUR months politely requesting the promised information, I encountered puzzling excuses each time. Such as “Gmail is a tricky guy” Ultimately, they ghosted me completely and refused to release my X-rays to any other office. I'm deeply disappointed and confused. I had hoped to pursue treatment with Dr. Harman, but without the promised information, I couldn't proceed. It's disheartening to think that I could have been four months into the procedure, but instead, I faced runarounds from the staff, and my time was utterly wasted.
