From the moment my family walked in to KC Smile Gallery, for the first time, we knew we had found an amazing Orthodontist! Dr. Nahal Niknam and her staff greeted us with open arms and made us feel right at home.The office is beautiful with a modern “awe” factor and I know there is nothing like it in Kansas City. Jasmine, the treatment coordinator, gave us a full tour of the office. They have all the newest technology for making the best experience possible along side fabulous customer service! They have a room called the “Glow Room” that made our daughter’s eyes light up. After you get your braces off, they bring in a local professional makeup/hair artist and photographer to get photos taken of your new smile! How fun and creative! Today our oldest daughter and I started our braces adventure together. She got her pallet expander on and I got my top braces on. I opted to have clear on the top and in less then an hour everything was on! Dr. Niknam has a great bedside manner with kiddos and adults. Her assistant, Loveleen, is so friendly as well! We felt comfortable and at ease, plus it was quick! I have TWO more kids that will need orthodontics and I will be bringing them here when the time comes. Thank you so much for making this experience fun, exciting, and easy. We look forward to our new smiles from the KC Smile Gallery! Ps- i forgot to add the amazing new patient kit sent home with each of us! It includes all full size essentials and a brand new Oral B Genius electric tooth brush! Whoa! Talk about awesome!

Dr. Niknam and Loveleen have been amazing and make a great team. Dr. Niknam is very knowledgeable and consistent, I have had my braces on for 3.5 months now and my teeth look and feel great. Also have been very flexible with my schedule and never have to wait. Very recommended, for your teeth you really just want to go with THE BEST!

Our son has sensory issues so we were dreading braces. Dr. Niki supported his needs every step of the way. She is professional, responsive and incredibly patient. She responded immediately when we needed after hours help and found time to squeeze our son in more than once without an appointment. His teeth look great!
