I am writing to share a disappointing experience my father Larry Dorsey had at your office a couple of years ago regarding his dentures. During his visit, the staff used traditional, outdated impression methods rather than digital scanning. The process left him feeling like he was choking, and when he communicated this discomfort to the staff, he was dismissed and told there was no other alternative. I strongly encourage your practice to invest in digital impression technology to improve patient comfort and safety, and to ensure that staff are truly listening to and validating patient concerns. Furthermore, when the final dentures arrived, they were excessively large and appeared very unnatural. When my father raised this issue, he was simply told that he would "get used to it." While an adjustment period is expected for the physical feel of new dentures, it is unacceptable for the appearance and sizing to be completely off. Even after sending them back a second time for corrections, the issue was never resolved. Because of this lack of resolution and poor customer service, my father has had to go to an entirely different provider to start the process over from scratch—this time utilizing digital imaging to achieve a comfortable, natural-looking result. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve both your technology and your patient communication.

Terrible experience back in December. I got 3 cavities filled and a tooth pulled and a week later I was in the worst pain from one of them! I went in for a follow up about the pain and they told me i was “fine” just brushed me off. Come Christmas Eve i was in excruciating pain and ended up going to an urgent care for them to tell me it was an over filler cavitity and was hitting a nerve. Xrays also showed the other cavities were poorly done and left gaps so I would need to get them redone. I tried letting Comfort Dental know this so i could get my cavities redone by someone who knows what theyre doing and they never got back to me! Theyre lucky i havent filed a lawsuit

First time visitor. Fit me in on a next day visit. Right off the bat everyone was kind and helpful. Called me quickly after check in and i felt like they cared immediately. They quickly assessed my issues and said we can take care of all this today if you would like. Quite a few issues i took to them with my toothache and they were quickly and professionally taken care of in a comfortable and clean environment. Great staff. Was actually excited to book my next check up with them. Thanks guys! I am glad I stumbled into you with a toothache that is no more. See you soon.

Comfort Dental is a very nice place to receive dental services. The staff is welcoming and caring. From the first step inside the door I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Dan, who is my dentist is very professional and just as caring. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I went in for a regular cleaning, but I had a couple concerns with my upper front teeth, and some surface layer cavities forming on a few molars top, and bottom. Dr. Nguyen (Wen) and his staff were able to file/grind out the surface cavities, and fill them in with UV resin without sedation. I was in and out within 2 hours of my appointment time.
