Comfort Dental Midtown - Kansas City

The nurse was very courteous and thorough. She put me at ease with her manner and professional demeanor. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful during my check in with the issues I had with my insurance. I would recommend this Comfort Dental location to my friends and family.

I went to comfort @ Linwood & Main. I was greeted by Wes( my dental assistant) who was very personable courteous knowledgeable & explained every detail of what he wld be doing! Very helpful & respectful! Made sure I understand what he’d be doing n made sure I was comfortable! After he finished all X-rays he let me know Dr wld be in soon! She also very professional explaining my X-rays along with what we’d be today & in future! She used a gel that miraculously helped with the pain of the numbing process & when I was numbed she came in with another dentist(they told me their names & I apologize to them cause I can’t remember it); she did the 3 small fillings after Wes had finished my cleaning! When done with filing my 1st dentist came back & she did the extraction of my broken tooth with such expertise gentleness making sure I wasn’t feeling anything! Great job to all from when I arrived to when all my dental was finished = 20 star treatment Excellent service from making appt faster than I’ve ever been able to get one (called Mon & office was closed but the Ai still scheduled my appt for next day) & when I cldnt make it to Tues it was NO PROBLEM TO SWITCH TO WED That’s unheard of in the world of appt scheduling ok! Office was clean service fast & I only have one complete:: when I was done & was told to ck out & make my next appt; 1 desk was empty & the 2nd & 3rd ladies were speaking to a young man about something concerning their computer system! I stood there over 5 min & no one even said “We’ll be right with u r anything!” I got tired of waiting & being ignored when man seemed to be finished I said to both ladies “Ive been waiting & was supposed to make a 3 mon appt but I have to leave now!” She said oh ok that’s fine they’ll call u????? How someone gon call me when I never gave my name r anything & it’s not like I was the only patient seem either! But otherwise still a great appt & service; I will b returning in 3 months

My whole experience was great & as nervous as I was as my tooth was broke off to gumline! Wes was a Godsend he’s very caring respectable kind comforting & explained in detail every aspect of my visit even I saw the dentist & my dentist(so sorry I can’t remember her name! But she was a BOSS for sure very professional but between her & Wes expertise, they made a very difficult extraction for me go smoothly comforting me along the way , making sure I was good & didn’t need anymore meds! They get a 10 star from me & I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs great care & professionals! I’m the patient Rosetta Levels

I just had the best experience from Comfort Dental Midtown. The staff is extremely nice. I came in for a filling and having my teeth cleaned. In the past I would hate going to the dentist because it was extremely painful. The dentist and techs were very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. They did an excellent job, thoroughly cleaning my teeth with no pain. I would recommend all of my family & friends to come here. Thank you very much!!!

I have used Comfort Dental for my teeth cleaning. I have no complaints. I have not experienced another dental need yet. My experience with cleaning have been good. I had three different assistants but they have all been through and gentle not rough. I hate when the assistants is not attentive and the water fills up in your mouth then runs down your face and neck. Yuck. I have not had that happen here. Efficient and friendly service. And the dentist checks at the end to make sure they have completed the task and there are no other issues.
