Dr. Kanning and his entire staff always treated my daughter with so much kindness, patience, and care, and they made me feel just as welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. They always took the time to answer our questions and made every visit pleasant. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontist or a better team to take care of my daughter’s smile. Thank you so much, Dr. Kanning and staff, for everything! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kanning and his team. Choosing Kanning Orthodontics was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had a significant open bite where my front teeth didn’t even touch—I couldn’t properly bite into food, and I was told surgery might be necessary. Dr. Kanning was able to correct my bite completely without surgery, which still blows my mind. Not only are my teeth straight, but my bite is fully functional and my smile looks incredible. The transformation is honestly life-changing. At my final appointment, even the staff were shocked that my results were non-surgical—that says everything about the level of skill and precision Dr. Kanning has. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. I also made sure to follow every instruction (especially wearing elastics consistently), and I’m so grateful for how much that, combined with Dr. Kanning’s expertise, paid off. We love Kanning Orthodontics! They are always kind and super encouraging. I love how they taught our 13yr old why she should brush often and make wise decisions about what she eats and drinks. They gave information on how what she eats and drinks and how it affects her braces/teeth. They have a reward system for good behavior..example..being on time, She earns points she can redeem for prizes. Let's not forget. They have a state of the art facility and equipment. And, I love most that Dr. Kanning is Missouri born and raised in a small town a few minutes north of KC.
