He has already completed treatment for my wife and two daughters (one currently in treatment, and the other will start when she’s a little older). The experience has been excellent from start to finish—professional, friendly, and results we’re thrilled with. Dr. Kanning and his staff are outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontics!

We love Kanning Orthodontics! They are always kind and super encouraging. I love how they taught our 13yr old why she should brush often and make wise decisions about what she eats and drinks. They gave information on how what she eats and drinks and how it affects her braces/teeth. They have a reward system for good behavior..example..being on time, She earns points she can redeem for prizes. Let's not forget. They have a state of the art facility and equipment. And, I love most that Dr. Kanning is Missouri born and raised in a small town a few minutes north of KC.

I recently brought my son in for a braces consultation. I was blown away by not only the professionalism but more importantly the kindness of the entire staff. Each member made a point to talk to my son, ask him if he had any questions and made him the focus. So often, health care providers focus on parent interaction but ignore the child - I loved that this was not the case at this office. You can tell that the staff is well cared for because they all seemed happy to be there- the mark of good leadership! Dr. Kanning took his time answering my questions and laying out his concerns and a plan moving forward. I would highly recommend this office!
