Multiple experiences now where if not for having a highly recommended orthodontist (who is great), I’d change offices. One experience was just small, we waited and waited, and when asked about help, the Dentist side brushed us off (as if we were a nuisance) and said “your with Ortho.” We waited 20 minutes nobody showed up, so we left… The most recent experience was just plain TERRIBLE, went to get molds for my daughter to start her treatment, explained I don’t want to give them my banking information, so would like to simply pay the remainder each time I come in. Someone from finance brought someone else in and they were less than helpful, I politely explained it makes ZERO sense to pay 100% for services rendered when they have not even started! I have never paid for a meal before I ate or have laid a contractor 100%, I pay at the end or in contracting it aligns with work completed. Instead of simply saying, “sorry, that’s the way we do things, she suggested I look elsewhere for services, or delay starting.” Let me be clear this is not about money, it’s about a bad policy, that when explained, I disagreed with…but was open to paying most of the services, and pay the remaining after speaking with my wife. I was abruptly told that wasn’t possible and I needed to pay for everything or services could not be started. I shared that they have thousands already earmarked from insurance, and was told, “they actually pay as services go.” What an amazing concept! I couldn’t help but laugh. Whomever was brought in to “help,” needs training, I had to cut her off mid lecture, when she felt it appropriate to be smug (like she owned the place) and suggested quite rudely I could find another orthodontist. I told her, respectfully, but directly that she was doing a terrible job, ultimately people need to be held accountable. At that point, I simply needed to get out of there and just pay. Often it’s not what you say, but how you say it, and in this instance. I think service severely lacked. Dr. Long, came highly recommended from a Dentist friend, but for that, I’d gone elsewhere… I never write these things, but felt compelled to on this occasion given the negative experience.

I've never posted a review in my life...until now. The life altering treatment I received from Dr. Audi Long, and her gifted staff, compel me to do so. When I first visited Dr. Long's office, I could eat corn on the cobb through a picket fence. I had no bite; zero occlusion. Thanks to Dr. Long, and her staff, I now have, and will have for the rest of my life, a perfect bite; optimal alignment and occlusion. The outcome far surpasses my expectations, and I dare say the expectations of the modest Dr. Long. I'm extremely fortunate to have received treatment from Dr. Long. Dr. Long's modesty amplifies her greatness which is further magnified by her fantastic staff. I feel so strongly about that, I sent my son to Dr. Long for treatment. I also drive eight hours, round trip, for my orthodontic appointments/adjustments every six weeks or so. I live in the woods, in the vicinity of Stone Lake. If you want to get your teeth straightened out in a healthy and lasting way, then you can trust Dr. Long with your smile. I believe her to be THE BEST orthodontist on the planet.

Ive been to this dentist office twice in the last year for routine check-ups/cleaning. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. These have been some of the most comfortable dentist experiences I've ever had. The office is clean, the receptionist is very kind, and the dentists themselves are quick and efficient. Highly recommend this office.

We have had nothing but the best experiences here. Dr. Long is amazing. So smart, kind, and patient. She offered to take a second look at some X-rays for us when we weren’t sure about the first opinion. So glad that we landed here!

I love Dr Allen! I was one of his first patients and he was always very kind to me, listening to all of my concerns and taking time to answer all of my questions. Dr Allen did an excellent job on my teeth. They haven't moved a bit in 15 years! :) He's very knowledgeable and professional and treats all his patients with respect. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Allen!
