I've been going here for over ten years. Everyone is so lovely, and Dr. Wozniak is the best dentist I've ever had. I have a condition that makes local anesthesia less effective, and I love how the team works with me to ensure that any pain is tolerable. They take time to explain things and offer choices. I feel comfortable and supported in advocating for myself, and I and find the staff here to be trauma-informed and deeply kind.

This is my absolute favorite Dental office ever. I have been a member for a little over a decade. The staff including my dental assistant, the welcoming staff, and the dentist are all great positive people. They make you feel comfortable at all levels and you can feel the energy.

This is the best dentist I have ever been with. My hygienist is like seeing a friend who’s looking out for you, taking the time and care to make you feel comfortable. One time I had dental surgery somewhere else that was causing pain and couldn’t get them to figure out issue. I remember Dr Vu saying “you don’t have to live with pain. I’ll refer you and we’ll fix it”. And they did. Truly a dental office full of the best people.

The dr was incredibly kind and easy going through my entire tooth filling. I never felt shamed about having a cavity. I didn’t even feel the numbing shots, and the entire process was relatively painless! He even stayed long to make sure everything felt normal!

I recently had some extensive work done that I delayed for a while. The reason: I've had a negative impression of the dental profession as a result of some terrible experiences with practitioners over the years. Being relatively new to Madison, a colleague recommended Isthmus. I'm so pleased that I accepted his recommendation. Dr. Wozniak, Heidi, and everyone in the office are just amazing humans and professionals. I've had multiple visits and each one is met with warmth and kindness, and the procedures were completed beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Isthmus and the team -- They've changed my perception of dentistry.
