My 3 yr old son just had his first dentist check-up and it was the best experience! Everyone there is fantastic. He is so excited to keep brushing his teeth at home so he can so them off again next time! I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but Artisan Dental completely changed my mind! The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. I came in for a cleaning after a year-long gap while having braces and Maddie was fantastic—she made the entire process completely painless. Highly recommend!

My hygienist and the doctor were great. The attention to extra details were not present (the office ran out of the paper protectors used while doing a cleaning and i had to ask for a paper towel).and it felt like moving through a conveyor line…quantity over qualify is becoming the mantra and not the unique patient experience that got Artisan dental there. Trying to book cleanings at the recommended schedule are a thing of the past and the idea of preserving appointment slots to incorporate flexibility for busy professionals is gone as well. Starting to consider changing which is a terrible proposition after 11-12 years loyalty to be able to better accommodate my schedule…hoping that the feedback makes a difference. Love the doctors, staff and qualify of care so will really hate to go.
