Great experience. They made us feel at ease with the orthodontist process.

Broke my retainer last week, and I’ve been working very hard to maintain my teeth. Asia made the process very easy and worked with me on finding a new appointment. Very nice people in this place.

Today was the first time in more than 10 years that I actually enjoyed taking my grandson to the dentist. Dr. Mondesir addressed all of our concerns with clarity by using terminology that was easily understood as she described the various procedures. I especially liked the fact that she was very attentive about not causing unnecessary pain. She is to be applauded for her overall demeanor and professionalism. She showed a vested interest in my grandson's dental needs while doing her best to make him feel comfortable. I can only wish that more workers at Adventure Dental exhibited the same type of enthusiasm and care for their patients care.

I had an appointment for my children. It was bad weather out and the front desk person must’ve called out. Once the manger noticed he stepped right in. He helped me and another parent. I later found out his name was Matthew from one of the dental assistants. The dental assistant said Matthew is always like that. Matthew didn’t let it bother him. He got up and got to work. He handed us iPads, told us what to complete. Someone else eventually came but Matthew could’ve had us waiting. I like a manager that leads and step in when needed. Thank you Matthew and the Alameda crew.
