The staff consistently provides a welcoming environment.They are upfront about cost. They keep me informed about my progress, I am halfway through my treatment I already seen the results.They are attentive to details! I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with Brite Orthodontics. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely glad I found them. My granddaughter was very scared of getting braces and they made her so comfortable.

Not happy at all. They keep changing orthodontist’s, my daughter’s treatment plan has changed many times since the original one from the original orthodontist. I think this is the 4-5 orthodontist since we started. I feel there is more harm then good being done at this point.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. PURE INCOMPETENCE. This is hands down the most unprofessional medical office in the entire state of Maryland. I have spent TWO MONTHS calling, chasing them down, and doing their jobs for them. After "Ben" gave our previous office the wrong email address, the office went completely ghost, and I had to step in to coordinate the transfer paperwork myself. I told multiple people in this office our insurance information over and over again for eight weeks. They had every opportunity to tell me they didn't accept it, but instead, they let me take off work and pull my child out of school. We showed up for our 2:00 PM appointment today, April 23rd, and I was back in my car by 2:03 PM. I am writing this from the parking lot at 2:03 PM—the very time we should have been starting her appointment. This level of incompetence is staggering. Do not waste your time here; find an office that actually respects their patients and knows how to manage a schedule.
