Brite Orthodontics - Timonium (formerly Barron Orthodontics)

Worst orthodontist and staff. Do not recommend. Dr Barron was ok but when he sold out to Brite, they lost staff and cannot keep orthodontists. Been there for 3 years and refuse to return and my teeth look worse now than when I started. Just stay away from them. I’d give zero stars if I could. Additionally, they’ve changed their phone system and you cannot speak with a live person. I’ve called and emailed over 10 times without a response.

I had three children treated at this office and would have given it five stars under Dr. Barron. Unfortunately, since the transition to Brite Orthodontics, I can no longer recommend it. My child has seen a different orthodontist at nearly every visit, and the technical staff has completely turned over. The lack of continuity has resulted in conflicting treatment recommendations and inconsistent care. Each orthodontist seems to have a different opinion on what needs to be done, making it difficult to feel confident in the treatment plan.

Our first visit to Barron Orthodontists with my two daughters was fantastic! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office has a clean, modern feel. Everyone was kind and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. My daughters felt comfortable and cared for, and I left feeling confident about their treatment plan. We’re so glad we chose Barron Orthodontists!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Anna! From the very first visit, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my sons orthodontic care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and patient, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Anna truly cares about her patients and it shows in every interaction. Her attention to detail and positive attitude make each appointment a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, Anna is the best. I’m so grateful to be under her care!

Dr. Barron and his staff are amazing ! Couldn’t ask for a better team. They are extremely professional and the nicest. And the new ortho doctor was extremely nice I’m thrilled for her to be doing my daughter treatment in the future ! I had my ortho done there as an adult best experience ever and my son had his and was the best experience for him
