Dr. McInnes Palmer and her staff are exceptional. Both of my children were in and out of braces faster than anticipated and with gorgeous results. The office staff is always friendly and scheduling was easy . . .even with same day emergencies. I cannot say enough great things about this practice.

Dr. McInnes Palmer and her team run a tight operation. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. The staff are kind and gentle when making adjustments to your braces. Dr. McInnes answers all questions I have and lets you know that everything is on track. They have also gotten me in on short notice when a wire was poking, which is greatly appreciated. I'm glad I made the choice to get braces at this highly professional and kind office.
