As a parent of 3 teenagers born and raised in Baltimore, we have experience with probably over 100 healthcare service providers. During almost 20 years of dentists, orthodontists, pediatricians, urgent cares, and ER we have seen the entire spectrum of quality and competence. Baltimore Orthodontic Group is by far the best weve experienced. Every single person weve interacted with was very friendly and professional. They also seem to have more margin than other places regarding appointment times and flexibility. The thing that really impressed me most was their commitment to their work and the apparent pride they have in a quality service. Dr. Steiner and the team spent extra time and extra appointments to make sure everything was up to their standards. Highly recommend. A+

His assistant, Jess, is equally outstanding and always made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process.
