Dr. Ross and his team are knowledgeable, caring, and always make us feel welcome. The staff is top-notch, the facility is beautiful, and the level of care is exceptional. I started my orthodontic treatment here almost six months ago, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! We had a really wonderful experience using Dr. David Ross for orthodontics for our son. Our son is highly anxious, and we were anticipating this to be a difficult process for him, but he LOVED going to the orthodontist! The office is clean, staff is so kind, communication is clear. 10/10, no notes! Oh, and our son's teeth look GREAT!

This was my third time fixing my teeth, but my first time working with David Ross — and honestly, I wish I had found him sooner. I’ve done braces twice and Invisalign this round, and David took the time to explain everything clearly so I could choose the best option. The biggest selling point for me was the retainers‑for‑life program and the 3D model of my teeth. I lose retainers way too often, so knowing they can remake one anytime is a lifesaver. For my final appointment, Shaq helped me and she was amazing. Super sweet, patient, and made the whole process of getting my retainer and removing the Invisalign attachments a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
