David Ross orthodontics staff is very welcoming & polite. I went to the Lutherville location and the place is very clean & you can tell Dr. Ross takes pride in the environment (they even have a Starbucks expresso machine lol). My dental tech today was Danielle, she was so sweet and informative. I got my Invisalign today & she walked me through the entire process and made me comfortable throughout the process. Two of our daughters had braces from Dr. Ross. Very happy with both of their results - easy to make last minute appointments, reschedule and the staff was always friendly. The progress was explained to both myself and my daughters each visit along with any new procedures.
