He was kind enough to call and let me know he was running a few minutes late with another patient which gave me opportunity to finish up my errands. Once in office...smooth sailing. My first experience with the office; Front desk staff were personable; history forms need improvement; Mindy the dental hygenist who did most of my new patient exam was pleasant made me feel comfortable; and, the exam was very thorough. I only spent a few minutes with Dr Snyder. I found him to be personable as well. I am highly satisfied after the first visit; and, I look forward to a thorough cleaning with Mindy. Ken B

Hygienist Armstrong, was amazing! She was engaging, informative very thorough, professional and polite. The dentist displayed the same qualities. Today, I made an appointment for my son. From the moment I entered the office, it exuded Class and Great Customer Service! I highly recommend them!

My daughter had so much anxiety trying to go to the dentist but Monique (I hope that's spelled right!) and Dr. Snyder talked to her multiple times to make sure she was doing well. Monique even comforted her when Dr. Snyder started looking. They are very kind, helpful, and clearly explained everything. Even the staff up front was very personable. A great experience! Thank you!

I had a great experience at this dental practice today. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, and the person at the front desk was incredibly supportive and kind, answering questions almost before I could ask them. The dental hygienist was so empathetic and communicative that I actually felt comfortable and relaxed during the cleaning. Dr. Snyder was excellent as well, taking their time to thoroughly check my teeth and answer all of my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back.
