The best orthodontist after the Terrible experience my daughter had with Dr. Jenkins she is having a better time . She was very sympathetic to my daughter. Never rude. Never nasty. She has been nothing but good with my child. I highly recommend her for your child.

When they were removing my braces they chipped my teeth and had to fix it. When the replacement fell off and I called to have it replaced again they said they had “no record” of it happening. They also lost the newest scan of my retainers so my teeth are spreading apart and there’s nothing I can do about it.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Orthodontist office there is !! Dr.Cofie is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and her staff isn’t much better …. They discuss and talk rudely about patients including children in their presence & after they leave . They overbook and schedule appointments far apart and then blame the parents for the lack of treatment. Dr.Cofie Rudely ended my daughter’s contract due to me addressing my concerns as a parent about a conversation that was discuss amongst employees including the Dr. In front of a minor child when the conversation should have included her parent ! Then when The situation was addressed the Dr. was VERY rude and ended her contract . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE ….!!!! THEY ALSO refused to tighten HER brackets at a previous appointment that was loose but changed the colors instead and complained abt not having time instead of tightening them which caused her to loose brackets but I guess that’s the parents fault too….Absolutely THE WORST !!!

Zenaida and her sorry excuse of a staff ended my daughter's contract after making a commitment to see her. I understand policy's and rules but to make a commitment then to take back on your word is terrible business. The front desk staff is unprofessional and immature. I would not recommend this office or doctor to anyone! She is extremely rude and not compassionate to her patients and the front desk staff is the absolute worse.

My children were patients with DrCoffie. She dismissed us after two missed appts. I have been trying to find replacement Ortho and it is impossible. They got paid in full and nothing can be done. I think it is totally unfair and nothing can be done. Does a person go to the emergency room to get removed! She is not very customer friendly but does good work so I guess you don’t need both. Thought I was doing something supporting a black woman and veteran.
