Waterfront Dental

My experience with Waterfront Dental began before I walked through their doors. I had to find a new dentist to maintenance my dental care. I found them on Google and interacted through texts answering my questions and providing necessary insurance/treatment/payment. Upon arrival the waiting room was bright, airy, and refreshing. I liked the sign with my name welcoming to the office. The front desk representative was warm and friendly. I didn't wait long before I was called back. The small accents in the office added to its charm. The dental tech was friendly, kind, and made my visit effortless by her calming presence. Dr. Merguerian was cool, professional, knowledgeable, and her "chair side" manner was appreciated. Her purple hair was a plus because my mom's hair is purple too. She explained to me what I needed to work on, future treatment plan, and made me feel comfortable. I'm was pleased with my experience and look forward to continuing my dental care.

I had a great first appointment here. As someone who still takes COVID precautions, it's hard to find a dentist who cares. Waterfront Dental staff were all wearing N95 masks. Chairs were in separate rooms with doors that close. There was a HEPA air purifier in the room. Everyone who interacted with me double checked to see if there was anything they could do to make me feel safer. I received the most thorough examination I've ever experienced. Many dentists I've seen have a "let's prescribe as many fillings as possible" philosophy, but at Waterfront they take a "let's monitor this and see if it gets worse" approach that I really appreciate. They addressed all my concerns and suggested a treatment plan that makes sense to me. I will definitely be coming back.

Been there twice now and couldn't be happier. Waterfront is new to me after leaving our prior dentist due to lack of patient service. Waterfront could not be more accommodating. Very friendly, explain everything in detail you can understand, and very skilled

From the front of the house to the back the staff was amazing! Came in based on reviews and was not disappointed! I had a procedure done on February 4. The kindness and professionalism of both Dr.M and her assistant Noel was unbelievable. There total focus was on me to make sure I was comfortable and adequately sedated was a breath of fresh air. They were able to get the work done fast and i didn’t feel a thing. I suggest if you need dental work come to Water Front Dental. You definitely will be happy like I am of the outcome.

Excellent experience at waterfront dental The deep cleaning was done professionally with no pain and no bleeding. The staff was very kind and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable during and after the treatment, and the results were noticeable right away. Highly recommend this dantal ✅❤️
