Personally, I am very happy with the service. I have been visiting this clinic since 2016, and we have always been treated exceptionally well. My daughter and I are currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, and we are deeply grateful. TRISTAN—thank you so much for all your support; you are the best! Thank you for being such a lovely human being with such a good heart—so kind, and for explaining things to patients with such love and gentleness. We are eternally grateful for your service. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Tristan. In general, my previous visits to Adventure Dental have often left me feeling disappointed with the level of service. However, everything changed once Tristan started assisting me. He provides outstanding customer service—he is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell he truly cares about the patients and their experience. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make a huge difference. I truly hope the rest of the staff can be trained to provide the same level of service as Tristan, because it would completely transform the overall experience at this location.

We brought our child to this location on May 4, 2026 for a dental/orthodontic appointment. During the visit, I was instructed to remain in the lobby while my child was taken back for care. As a parent, I expected clearer communication about what would happen during the appointment and more transparency in the process. At different points during multiple visits, interactions with staff—particularly dental assistants—felt unprofessional and dismissive. The overall experience in the orthodontic department did not reflect the level of respectful, child-focused care we expected. Instead of feeling supported and informed as a parent, the environment felt rushed and lacking in clear communication. I am sharing this feedback so management can review staff professionalism, communication, and improve the experience for families and children. The level of professionalism and care for children at this office was poor. Staff communication felt dismissive, and the dental assistants in particular did not demonstrate appropriate professionalism or patient care. This visit did not reflect a supportive or respectful environment for children.

Scheduled dental services for my child here twice. For whatever reason the wait ends up being over an hour. They lost the chart, my child’s name didn’t get entered somehow. The front office says they don’t know what happened , and neither does the hygenic staff and the apologies start to flow. Thanks for the apologies, but no thanks. This is concerning for a dental practice or any medical practice and we will not be returning. Charts should not be lost or misplaced within the same office. Also if they cant handle 2 patients with the same last name in the building at the same time they’re in the wrong business.
