Adventure Dental and Orthodontics

The experience was great. My granddaughter was not afraid they were kind. They were compassionate, the doctor was amazing. She explained everything in detail. She wasn't in a rush. It was like we were important. We counted , the front desk they were kind. Nice, respectful. The experience was more than a 10. You wanna go somewhere where people appreciate you and your service that you're giving them even though they're doing for you, thank you.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. front desk is awful. they need to learn basic respect. they don’t do their job. you think you’ve scheduled and appointment but when you show up they find nothing. manager is money hungry she tried to charge this lady who spoke very limited english more than needed for the sons braces. she was adamant that the amount was right anyone who knows simple math would know that this poor lady was being up-charged $2000. the lady stood her ground and i helped her so the manager could get it to through her thick skull that the price wasn’t right.

I LOVE ADVENTURE DENTAL. My kids were at a Dentist in SS that had a fancy office etc. However in my opinion they were not supportive of my son being Autistic and were trying to charge me $300-$400 for a disabled child for a teeth cleaning. Enter Adventure Dental on Georgia Ave...lovely well trained staff. Everyone @Adventure Dental is kind, understanding and patient first oriented. They worked with my son and his Autism and helped calm him without force. They let him sit where and how he wanted to sit to examen his teeth but not make him uncomfortable or forced. They checked his teeth and did the cleaning. Unless they are short staffed they usually run on time. Great practice!

The team here is punctual, very helpful and friendly every time we visit. I have no complaints and recommend checking them out for your child’s orthodontist needs.

I just Had an awesome experience at adventure dental. ms Shakiya was very proffesional and helpful with check in with a bright welcoming smile.Tristian also has excellent customer service skills he’s very knowledgeable and patient. From the beginning to the end the entire team was very welcoming and did a great job with my son. Thank you alll so so much
