I’m 21 weeks into Invisalign and I can’t imagine having done it without Evenly. Primrose has been such a friendly and welcoming representative, and the process itself has been so easy. I love doing scans from home on the app, and any time I’ve had a question I’ve gotten quick and clear responses. I definitely recommend Evenly for anyone considering Invisalign.

I am happy with my results so far, but working with this office has been incredibly challenging. The high pressure sales tactic led me to believe contouring was included in my treatment, it was not. And midway through my treatment the office completely changed the hours they were open. Appointments are only available in the middle of the work day and scheduling one required calling during the work day. I do not understand how this practice caters to the DC community.

My patient coordinator Mrs. Anderson, Stephanie has been super professional and respectful during my time working with her. She is very knowledgeable and always has a special way of helping me understand my treatment process and putting my worries at ease
