I’m very disappointed in the way our visit was handled, specifically by the manager, Jen. I came in to pick up my 3 & 4-year-old’s first pair of glasses. When I asked to speak with someone in charge of vision, Jen responded in a dismissive and confrontational manner. She repeatedly spoke over me and insisted they had “been calling” me, despite the only contact on record being one voicemail to the office, per Jen and no calls or messages ever being received on my end. When I asked to confirm the phone number on file, it was correct. The tone of the interaction was tense and uncomfortable. The other staff members appeared visibly uncomfortable and avoided eye contact, which made the situation feel even more inappropriate for a pediatric setting. Additionally, despite me clearly stating my child’s name multiple times, Jen continued to mispronounce it until I had to stop and correct her directly. While that may seem small, in a children’s vision clinic, taking the time to listen and address a child respectfully matters. I am not questioning the quality of the eye exam itself, but the customer service and management behavior were unacceptable. Families bringing young children deserve patience, professionalism, and clear communication — especially during something as sensitive as a child’s first experience with glasses. I hope this location takes customer service and staff training seriously moving forward.

Bianca has been exceptional, providing warm and welcoming service. I particularly appreciate the knowledgeable providers who take the time to thoroughly explain everything to their patients. It's truly one of the best experiences I've had.

It was my daughter’s first dentist appointment. It took a total of 30 min for the check in, exam, and cleaning. Automatically booked next appointment. They have a play are for the children. And everything is made just for kids. My daughter didn’t cry at all which is shocking bc she hates when I brush her teeth. The doctor gave her a pep talk. I love it here. Was super nervous about the first dentist appointment but it went smoothly the her. Wilbur back in 6 months
