My first time coming and I’m never coming back. I took my 3 children to get an eye exam way before school started and they told me their glasses would be back in time especially my son’s glasses because he broke his and can’t see, they reassured me they would and I still haven’t seen any glasses a whole month later. I call and everyone wants to have an attitude about me asking where’s my kids glasses and these so call managers want to talk over you

My oldest daughter had gone today for her 6 month dental cleaning.. And i have never been more disappointed 😡 they told me she needed sealant on her 2 adult teeth to help prevent tooth decay, so i agreed to it. Not knowing that it would take 4 dental hygienists just to not even get the job done!!! She started to choke on the mouth extender, she started getting really nervous and worked up. And we will never return! Sealants shouldn’t take but 10-15 minutes to do.. & definitely not 4 hygienists. Not returning back, children should NOT be feared by going to the dentist.
