I’ve been coming here for years, and every visit has been a great experience. The team is always efficient while still providing exceptional quality care. The office staff and hygienists are consistently friendly, kind, and professional, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Dr. Newman is wonderful! He has a great sense of humor and is always joking with the assistants and hygienists, which creates such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Let’s be honest…. going to the dentist can be stressful, so it’s refreshing to be in an office where everyone enjoys working together and isn’t afraid to share a few laughs. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care with an amazing team.

I was recommended to this dental office by my best friend for my grandma whose always went to another place and we wanted to make a switch due to them really not having many options for her. I had really high hopes but in the 3-4 times we’ve been there so far it always seems like many people are just in a bad mood and do not try to hide it at all. On our second appointment I told them we’d be using Cherry to pay for the work being done which is the financial institute they recommend other than Care Credit. At the end of the appointment I told them again when it was time to pay that we’d be using Cherry and the receptionist asked in a rude tone “well did you tell anyone that BEFORE the work was started?” Which I replied “yes, I believe it was her who I told” and pointed to the other receptionist. She didn’t say much else after that and called out billing to help. Billing was very kind and helpful which unfortunately is one of the only people I can say that about from this place. They also made us set up the payment plan with Cherry for ALL of the work being done even though we haven’t had all the work done on her teeth yet. So we are actively paying for work that hasn’t even been started or completed which again was what THEY advised us to do. It genuinely always feels like we’re an inconvenience when we come in for our appointments and the other patients there are much kinder than the employees. I definitely think we will be switching to a new office once this work is finished which is extremely unfortunate because my grandmother is 91 years old and really doesn’t like to make changes to her doctors, nor should she have to. Anyways, that’s my review. I could absolutely say more but there’s no need. If you decide to try them out I hope they are more kind than in our experience.

I had a wonderful experience! The woman who cleaned my teeth was everything I could have asked for with her professionalism and friendly nature! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and although she took her time and did a great job I felt like it was over in no time! She said she had worked there for many many years because she loved her job and it showed! She and the others there are why I have stayed with Riverside Dental for so long!

I would recommend this office to anyone! The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, the hygienist I see (Dana!) is so good at what she does, and the dentist is friendly and knowledgeable. It had been a while since I’d been for a cleaning, so I was somewhat anxious about it. Everyone there made me feel welcome and calmed my nerves and took care of me.

Riverside Dental has been my dentist office for 10+ years and I recommend them to everyone I know. Every hygienist I’ve seen has been gentle and kind, and the dentists are personable and thorough. It’s a great place to get your teeth cleaned!
