Terrible experience overall. I've had insurance problems for the last 5-7 years meaning I wasn't able to see a dentist for a long time but I took good care of my teeth in the meantime. I've never had a bad experience with a dentist, despite my fear of them I never leave with pain aside from routine soreness. Dr. Timothy Eshak insisted that I had a filling that needed to be addressed (this filling was not causing any pain or discomfort). Dr Eshak then supposedly fixed it but I was in a lot of pain. I had to come back 4 times and they still weren't able to fix it. I haven't been able to eat on one side for 6 months. Not to mention their front desk staff are incompetent and rude. They charged me far over my deductible and then refused to remedy the situation and hung up on me. I see all these good reviews and it makes me feel terrible knowing they treat a select number of clients in this way. They also lied about their Invisalign program and the cost, but I caught that before they could scam me.

Love this place! Was my first time coming and they are so nice and welcoming. I have had such a hard time finding a dentist i like and feel comfortable with. There was no judgement and it was quick. Def recommend !!!!

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Timothy Eshak DMD and his team at Riverside Dental in West Springfield, MA. I have really bad dental anxiety. I wasn’t happy at my current dentistry (Baystate Dental) so I called Riverside Dental in West Springfield. Riverside Dental fit me in w/in right away. The office was very cute and comfy and the front desk girls were so nice. I think they could tell I was a little nervous so they chatted w/ me while I waited for my appointment. Oksana, my hygienist, was very sweet, understanding and reassuring as well as quick and efficient. Dr. Timothy Eshak, DMD was my dentist and he, again, was so nice. I did have a few cavities but he and Oksana assured me it would be an easy fix and not to worry. we set up an appointment for the following week. For me, the worst part of treating a cavity is getting local anesthetic. I have a phobia of needles.I have trauma from getting local anesthetics for dental procedures. I’ve literally cried before. it’s embarrassing. But that was not my experience w/ Dr. Timothy Eshak, DMD and Oksana. I barely even felt the needle. and then Dr. Timothy Eshak, DMD and Oksana worked together quickly and effectively. My appointment was at 1:00PM. I was two minutes late. They took me back right away. I had 5 lower cavaties, 2 on left, 3 on right. I was done walking out to the parking lot at 1:48. Next day and my mouth/teeth feel completely normal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Timothy Eshak, DMD. He’s an amazing dentist!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the customer service was satisfactory. I would recommend having someone on staff who speaks Spanish; often, people look for nail services but cannot get them because they don't speak English. Personally, however, I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.

For the first time in over 10 years, I saw my real smile again. We’re still finishing the process, but I couldn’t wait to share this. If you’ve ever felt anxious, discouraged, or overlooked when it comes to dental care—this is the place to go. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Manish and the entire team at Riverside Dental. They gave me my smile back.
