Riverside Dental

Terrible experience overall. I've had insurance problems for the last 5-7 years meaning I wasn't able to see a dentist for a long time but I took good care of my teeth in the meantime. I've never had a bad experience with a dentist, despite my fear of them I never leave with pain aside from routine soreness. Dr. Timothy Eshak insisted that I had a filling that needed to be addressed (this filling was not causing any pain or discomfort). Dr Eshak then supposedly fixed it but I was in a lot of pain. I had to come back 4 times and they still weren't able to fix it. I haven't been able to eat on one side for 6 months. Not to mention their front desk staff are incompetent and rude. They charged me far over my deductible and then refused to remedy the situation and hung up on me. I see all these good reviews and it makes me feel terrible knowing they treat a select number of clients in this way. They also lied about their Invisalign program and the cost, but I caught that before they could scam me.

Love this place! Was my first time coming and they are so nice and welcoming. I have had such a hard time finding a dentist i like and feel comfortable with. There was no judgement and it was quick. Def recommend !!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the customer service was satisfactory. I would recommend having someone on staff who speaks Spanish; often, people look for nail services but cannot get them because they don't speak English. Personally, however, I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.

This Dentistry is by Far one OF THE ABSOLUTE BEST ONES IVE HAD. I PLAN on keeping this dentist till I get old and I also plan on bringing my kids and recommending More Family members even though currently I have 3 other family members that come here they are the reason why I came and I HAVE ZERO REGRETS THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO DR. Timothy ESHAK. I look forward to my next visit.

Wow!!? yaz is the one who answers the call and all your questions. No matter what is the issue, she always listens and gives an amazing fast appointment. Aslo being so caring and listening to what pain might me going through. Thank you all!!l
