They were very welcoming and friendly. I went just to get some stuff touched up and they were more than happy to help and gave me great advice. They were also able to fit me in quickly! Great new place as well.

To say I’m impressed with the care DSM Ortho provided is an understatement. Not only was I able to get in for a last-minute appointment to take care of my broken retainer, but the doctor was incredibly kind and reassuring, and the personable staff made me laugh and feel comfortable throughout the visit. To make my experience that much better, less than a week later my replacement retainer arrived in the mail! I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my orthodontic needs.

Just moved to the area when I broke my permanent retainer and they were able to get me in last minute and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally! Staff was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
