I had nothing but a great experience there. The nurse, receptionist and Dr. was fantastic and explained everything in the way that I understood. They offer in house financing for those who don’t have insurance. I am so glad I chose DSM for my orthodontic care!! So excited to see results.

Wish there was a way to give more stars? ⭐️ Anywho, my daughter and her dad are finally both getting braces on as so many other places had us jumping through hoops. SO SO thankful for Dr. JJ - and I was amazed and still am , at how amazing not only he is, but the other staff as well. From the cute animals they make for kids w/ extra plaster(HOW CUTE?!) - to literally checking in… I mean come ON. And it’s absolutely gorgeous inside… schedule your orthodontic care there NOW! You’ll be blown away By Dr. JJ and his team.

To say I’m impressed with the care DSM Ortho provided is an understatement. Not only was I able to get in for a last-minute appointment to take care of my broken retainer, but the doctor was incredibly kind and reassuring, and the personable staff made me laugh and feel comfortable throughout the visit. To make my experience that much better, less than a week later my replacement retainer arrived in the mail! I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my orthodontic needs.

They were very welcoming and friendly. I went just to get some stuff touched up and they were more than happy to help and gave me great advice. They were also able to fit me in quickly! Great new place as well.

Just moved to the area when I broke my permanent retainer and they were able to get me in last minute and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally! Staff was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
