Adventure Dental and Vision

Our first time visiting this location for my 5 y/o eye exam. Very professional and really catered to little kids with murals on the walls it was a really great experience. Dr Anna was wonderful and the staff was amazing. Will set up her dental appointment here as well. Highly recommend this location. My daughter wanted to stay and hang out.

I brought my little sister to her appointment and Saneka was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly respectful and made my sister feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. She was patient with all of our questions and explained everything in a way that put both of us at ease. What I appreciated most was how trustworthy the entire experience felt. Her calm and caring attitude really helped take away any nervousness. Overall, Saneka made the visit a genuinely positive experience and I am truly grateful for the care she provided. I highly recommend her.

The doctors are great! Front desk staff could be more attentive however. There were a group of about 6 sitting there chatting and gossiping. Meanwhile, I had to interrupt to ask for sunglasses after my kids had their eyes dilated. I then had to ask about my other kiddos glasses being ready since it had been several weeks without a call. They had been sitting up on the cabinet and no one ever called me.

Got us in quickly. I have older teenagers. Not the place for them. The dental assistant that seen one of my kids wasn't fully knowledgeable in regards to fluoride application, or a dental cleaning with braces. The Cleaning literally lasted 7 min, fluoride application lasted 1.5 min, and was only applied to the front teeth! We will not be back, and we didn't even check-in for our 2nd appt.

I have been taking my children here for the last five years and today was our last visit. The professionalism and cleanliness of this establishment has significantly declined, at least on the dental side, I can’t speak for the vision. The walls are floor have caked on grime. Furniture and dental seats have seen better days. While checking in and verifying my info, the receptionist seemed surprised that we have Metlife Dental. Why? I have been having the same insurance since we started going to that establishment. Also, the staff seemed to have forgotten that they are working with children. When my eight year-old was getting ready to take x-rays, the dental assistant asked her “last name and date of birth??” then she got annoyed when my daughter didn’t immediately spit out the information. Although my daughter is completely competent enough to answer this question, she didn’t even realize the assistant was talking to her. I immediately answered the question and the assistant rolled her eyes as if I spoke out of turn.
