Adventure Dental and Vision

Pretty sure not one person smiled at us the entire time. Took one look in his mouth and told me I was bad at flossing my child's teeth and he would need crowns, but didn't ask any questions about diet or family history, and didn't explain anything. Told us we would get a phone call after the weekend to set up the procedure - that was 2 weeks ago and we have yet to hear anything from them except a bill for the X-ray (no information was given about cost or billing ahead of time). Went somewhere else for a second opinion and they came to a similar conclusion, but they asked questions, gave me choices and explanations, and paused at each point to make sure we understood and check for questions. Reassurance, clarity, and next steps instead of the judgment and confusion we got at Adventure Dental.

I came in for my daughter's appointment, and everyone was very nice and smiling from ear to ear and had great customer service. I would recommend bringing your kids here, and shout out to the DA Perla who helped with my daughter she was amazing and dr as well

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD !!!! This place is so unprofessional I took my daughter to get her 6month check up and the nice assistant was halfway through the process and some girl Who I’m gonna guess is a manager put her off and place someone else in her spot in the middle of her cleaning and had no idea where my daughter Cleaning process was left at and from what I understood from the second girl who came in it was her manager, who was an African-American lady Who had them switch but the worst of all was not her switching them in the middle of the treatment It was the language she uses when she speaks to her employees that kind of foul language around children should not be permitted

Our first time visiting this location for my 5 y/o eye exam. Very professional and really catered to little kids with murals on the walls it was a really great experience. Dr Anna was wonderful and the staff was amazing. Will set up her dental appointment here as well. Highly recommend this location. My daughter wanted to stay and hang out.

I think the dental assistants were great, but they need to hire new receptionist. When I walked in they barely talked to me, instead talked to each other while I was checking in. Then after sat back there talking about inappropriate stuff and laughing louder than possible. Super unprofessional. Glad they are having a great time though, but they could be professional about it. Apparently they don't have enough work to do.
