Adventure Dental and Vision

I came in for my daughter's appointment, and everyone was very nice and smiling from ear to ear and had great customer service. I would recommend bringing your kids here, and shout out to the DA Perla who helped with my daughter she was amazing and dr as well

Very friendly staff, helped me with getting checked in, understanding my daughter's autism and being patient with her. Im taking my son this week

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD !!!! This place is so unprofessional I took my daughter to get her 6month check up and the nice assistant was halfway through the process and some girl Who I’m gonna guess is a manager put her off and place someone else in her spot in the middle of her cleaning and had no idea where my daughter Cleaning process was left at and from what I understood from the second girl who came in it was her manager, who was an African-American lady Who had them switch but the worst of all was not her switching them in the middle of the treatment It was the language she uses when she speaks to her employees that kind of foul language around children should not be permitted

Pretty sure not one person smiled at us the entire time. Took one look in his mouth and told me I was bad at flossing my child's teeth and he would need crowns, but didn't ask any questions about diet or family history, and didn't explain anything. Told us we would get a phone call after the weekend to set up the procedure - that was 2 weeks ago and we have yet to hear anything from them except a bill for the X-ray (no information was given about cost or billing ahead of time). Went somewhere else for a second opinion and they came to a similar conclusion, but they asked questions, gave me choices and explanations, and paused at each point to make sure we understood and check for questions. Reassurance, clarity, and next steps instead of the judgment and confusion we got at Adventure Dental.

They were rough and the people didn’t have there licenses just right out of high school and it was really bad looking in side and got everything wet wall cleaning the teeth and got mad about gums and teeth problems and not a lot of real equipment lots of just chairs from goodwill and just terrible over all but 0/10 do not recommend
