Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Cleveland, OH (Steelyard Dr.)

This place has been a nightmare. My son was supposed to have work done but they failed over AND over to submit the paperwork to insurance and now his insurance has changed and the cost is substantially different. They have a high turnover of dentist and the wait times are quite excessive. My last visit lasted almost 4 hours. The front office staff don’t pay attention or are overwhelmed at the front desk and things go undone. Update!!!! After making me wait over and HOURS! They came to tell me that they couldn’t finish my 12 year old child’s work until i paid the balance that was not ever supposed to be a balance! I’m furious. I have taken off of work for this appointment

Was suggested this office because they do emergency care by my insurance company and THEY DELIVER IN GREAT SERVICE. Came in with a small crack left with laughter and a nicer smile than I came in with,the team is fun and cool to chat with too. 10/10 would recommend personally and will return.

I honestly am so upset about this place. I went in for an emergency I had with a cracked tooth. They didnt even work on the tooth I came in for nor did they listen to me or read my paperwork. If they did they would know the tooth that was suppose to be taken care of. They were so worried about extracting which I was okay with extracting the chipped tooth. I left and they pulled out a tooth I wasnt even aware of them pulling out from my understanding they were pulling out a moler and my chipped tooth. No they didnt even worry about the tooth that was causing me pain! I could have came in just for a root canal and a crown! On top of not being treated properly they left a piece of the extracted tooth. So I went in with pain, left with pain I didnt notice untill the numbess wore off and now im in more pain! Hightly upset! It was very rushed the dentist worked on multiple patients at once. I didnt feel like I was taken care of! I am utterly traumatized tbh. I already have bad anxiety for the dentist and this is reasons why! I will be calling and doing a complaint beyond this.

LOUD. NOISY. Overbooked. Long wait. TV was loud in the waiting room. The care is fast and furious, no rhyme or reason. Wait in the waiting room, wait in the exam chair, wait in the waiting room again, wait in the exam chair again. Waiting 2 hours, cleaning and exam 20 minutes. Lastly, when someone finally comes to get you in the waiting room, they have a bad habit of blocking the doorway and the patient has to turn sideways and squeeze past them. You should open the door, step into the waiting area out of the doorway and direct the patient where to go. Don’t make them squeeze between you and the doorway. Ferris love the Walmart out discount store of dentists.

I asked the receptionist if I could step outside the door to answer an important call she said yes that was ok. When I returned I lost my spot and had to wait after everyone that came in after me. The other receptionist is rude. The dentist is impatient and not very nice. I highly recommend not using this dental practice. This is the worst experience in all of my years of dental experiences.
