Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Cleveland, OH (Steelyard Dr.)

I was very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. My son and I came in for a routine teeth cleaning, but his cleaning was done very poorly. It did not appear that his teeth were cleaned thoroughly, and during the appointment the hygienist/dentist spilled water all over his face without offering a napkin or towel for him to wipe off. It felt rushed and lacked basic attention to patient comfort. To make matters worse, after the visit I received a bill for a $50 copay. At no point during our appointment or at checkout was I informed that a copay was due. If I had known, I would have paid it at the time of the visit. Instead, I was surprised to receive a bill afterward. Overall, the quality of care and communication did not meet my expectations. I hope the office improves both its patient care and its billing communication so other families have a better experience.

I have to say this!!! I got my piece of tooth pulled yesterday. I was in at 9:30- out by 10:30 and still waited in the waiting area for a sec and was out in a beautiful time..Doc! really took some of my childhood fear away when I used to go every 6 months. Just being himself, and very honest with me with no judgement. Dr. Salt and pepper hair.I appreciate you!! See you soon!! Ps. IM HUNGRY 😂

The Corporate office at Bright Now Dental is the most incompetent people and place I ever seen. There is absolutely no way to speak with someone unless you owe them money. No customer service, no nothing. Billing is done incorrectly, so good luck if they owe you money. And I'm sure a bot will respond to this saying "reach out to our team", who also hasn't been able to help me. I had to involve Cuyahoga County Consumer Affairs after FOUR months of no one helping me. DO NOT GO TO ANY OFFICE!

This location absolutely sucks when it comes to scheduling. From scheduling me as a new patient when I was already seen to scheduling me on days the doctor isn’t even there. However the doctor & staff are amazing but the constant scheduling issues make me want to find a new dentist.

Appointment times make zero difference. Expect to be there for minimum of 2-3 hours for basic cleaning and exam. You’ll wait in waiting room for 30-45 min past your appointment time aaaaaand if they’re busy. They’ll try to reschedule your cleaning after the exam. Honestly, not sure why you book the number of appointments if you have no intent on being punctual. This is not a first time issue either. This has been every time. I come to this location because it is close to my home and changing franchises is a pain because they basically make you start alllll over again. Be smart. Go to other locations before this one.
