had an amazing experience from start to finish with Dr. Jones, Orthodontist. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of my braces orthodontic care, which made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff made scheduling and check-in easy . Shout-out to Marcos, the dental assistant, for being so helpful and professional! My orthodontic treatment results are excellent, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this practice—especially Dr. Jones for his amazing personality and outstanding orthodontic work!

If I could give it a zero star I would. If you choose this dentist, beware of scamming. It’s been almost two years and I’m still getting calls about a “missed appt” that I cancelled right after leaving the first appt, I’ve just started ignoring the calls. When I arrived there for my first cleaning they did some normal X-rays and then put me in the little room. A Dr then comes in and without even opening my mouth or looking at my teeth he says I have extreme gingivitis and I would have needed a very costly procedure and would not be covered by my insurance completely. And then he proceeded to pull up my xray and said I had an infection in the roof of my mouth, and for back ground I have a cleft lip and palate and have had two bone grafts to that part of my mouth. I told him that and he insisted it would be more dental work and procedures. So I left there without ever getting a basic cleaning that I went for and I called my maxillofacial surgeon that did the bone graft years ago and he took me in right away after what I told him and after testing and imaging he basically was furious with the dentist I went too because nothing was wrong and he told me to find a new dentist. I decided to schedule an appt with another dentist further away and had to pay full price out of pocket because my insurance was already charged for a cleaning I never got at Bright Now apparently. But they actually examined and assessed my teeth and told me that besides one cavity my teeth were beautiful. I told them at the very end what had happened at Bright Now and they were horrified and ensured me I did not have gingivitis or any major issues. So proceed with caution and be mindful if you choose to go here.

My wife received dental services in November 2024. The dental service provided was reasonable, but billing was/is terrible. Before she received the service, the office clerk mentioned that the service should be covered by the insurance 100 percent. Weeks later, I started receiving bills for $5945. After receiving the bill, I contacted my insurance company and was told that the insurance company paid the bill in full, and we should not pay the bill. Even insurance made a 3-way call with the dental office and made sure that my wife did not owe any and would not receive any more. A few months later, I started receiving another bill from a collection agency. They are really something!!!! This place tries to collect money from both the insurance company and the customer. I am fighting a collection agency and want to make sure no other customer gets burned by this awful billing practice.

A temporary crown popped out and within 2 hours I was in the chair to have it re-installed. Alex did a great job! When I left it felt better than when it was first installed. Two and a half weeks later I was back in the chair; Alex was assigned to install the permanent crown and did very well. On the way out I let the doctor know how well the process was for me. Alex is a rock star!

Dr.Narla is amazing , I trust him he very caring informative and gentle he has made my dental work/care wonderful experience and fearless I’ve been a patient of him and his office for bout 6yrs , the office manager Nicole is also an amazing person very professional polite . The front desk ladies very welcoming and helpful to the tee !!!! Love the chandler office !!
