I’m giving this office two stars mainly because of the wonderful dental assistant. I came to this location after my insurance changed, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t had to switch. The assistant was always kind, pleasant, and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was disappointing. He came across as someone who was simply there to do a job rather than genuinely care about his patients. During my first visit, when discussing my X-ray results, he wasn’t very friendly, but I decided to give the practice a chance. I recently had three cavities filled, and almost a week later, my teeth are actually hurting much worse than before. I’ve never experienced this kind of nerve pain after a filling, which is concerning. I’m hoping it improves with more time. I also have a very small mouth along with severe nasal congestion and allergies, which make it difficult for me to breathe through my nose. I communicated this during my first visit. During the procedure, however, the dentist seemed rushed. I was told to raise my hand if I needed a break, but when I did, I was asked to wait just keep my mouth open no break given . There was so much pressure placed on my tongue that it remained sore for days afterward. I understand dentistry can be demanding, but I would encourage more patience, compassion, and a welcoming attitude toward patients. A little more care and communication can make a big difference in the overall experience.

I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. I understand you’re running a business and trying to make a living, but my experience was disappointing. I called about a special I received in the mail: $100 for X-rays and a cleaning. It sounded like a great deal, so I decided to take advantage of it. When I called, I asked how the promotion worked. The employee explained that I would first get X-rays, and then the dentist would determine whether I qualified for a standard cleaning. Before making the appointment, I specifically asked what would happen if the dentist decided I didn’t qualify for the standard cleaning. I was told over the phone that if I wasn’t approved, I wouldn’t be charged anything. So I scheduled the appointment based on that information. It wasn’t until later that I found out they still planned to charge me about $59 for the X-rays if the dentist recommended a deep cleaning instead. That felt very misleading because it wasn’t what I was told over the phone. It came across like they were still trying to make money off me even if I didn’t receive the advertised cleaning. I was then told I had two options: pay nearly $400 out of pocket for the deep cleaning or leave after paying the $59 X-ray fee. The advertisement made it seem like the $100 special covered the cleaning, so the whole experience felt like false advertising and a bait-and-switch. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the treatment rooms didn’t seem to be in the best condition. The dentist also seemed very focused on upselling rather than providing the service that was advertised

i had an appointment a few months back and upon seeing similar reviews i figured it was a good idea to share my experience too. the staff in the front are wonderful and kind but the same cannot be said for those who are actually providing you care. i was harshly judged and criticized for the inconsistency in my visits ( i was 17 at the time when this occurred and had no control over the matter), i was then shamed in front of my mom for having cavities. i have never been made to feel more uncomfortable and unwanted in a medical setting.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Narla and his entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. Dr. Narla took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, efficient, and very well run. It’s clear that Dr. Narla and his staff genuinely care about their patients and providing high-quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Narla to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but they didn't tell us our insurance doesn't cover them until after we arrived when we gave that info over the phone. Also they refused to accept very recent xrays from another dentist (very common practice) and would force us to pay cash for all xrays and retainers, it's not logical. It could have saved us alot of wasted time. (We waited a month for this appointment) now we have to start over at another facility. Very frustrating!
