If there was negative star available I would have given them that. I have never seen this much carelessness. I got my bridge installed here for around $4000+ which came off and was hanging on to one tooth. I went there to get it fixed and they made all sort of excuses to not re-install it, and they most of the time directed me in a way so that I spend more money, basically tried to get more money out of me for not a proper reason. They will not take responsibility for the work they have done. After all this, I lost trust in them and left without getting any service from them. Later, Bridge was comfortably removed from the tooth it was hanging on to, and easily re-installed at another dental location, but I can confidently say that I am never going back to this location again. I also did not like the behavior of “if that was assistant manager or manager” at this location. They never even bothered to check back although I spent a lot money at this place and got my dental work done here during good days of this location. They used to have a good administration in general, and specifically Dr. Reed who was the best and an honest person. Dr. Reed passed away (learned from them) and since then I didn’t meet any good and reliable service provider here. Obviously, never going back. Hopefully, they will look in to this, and try to bring improvements to their services.

First time back at the dentist in 8 years! I was absolutely terrified to go, but I needed to because I was having pain. I have United Concordia insurance, and my visit was covered. (They do not accept Health Plan of San Joaquin/medical.) I ended up having quite a bit of work done, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The staff explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly. Trinity was with me every step of the way, and she was incredibly kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. There was another staff member, I believe her name was Mary, who was also wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, which was really scary for me, but the dentist was amazing. I can’t remember her name because I was so nervous, but she was so patient, supportive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, it was a great experience. They completely changed my relationship with going to the dentist. Everyone was kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.

I give 5 stars because I had a7 Am aappointment. Not only was the staff professional they were on time the Denisit include. I also had my teeth clean and the hygienist was so kind and professional. The front desk ladies were amazing also. Thank you to all.

Stockton location is great! Very friendly and the dentist took her time to really educate me on our appointment. I started in Lodi but the customer service wasn’t the best. Glad I made the switch

This office is very unprofessional. The front desk receptionists have poor attitudes and gossip loudly enough that patients in the waiting room can hear their conversations. I returned for a cleaning and was disappointed to see that the only receptionist who had previously been respectful and helpful, the woman with red hair wasn't there. Unfortunately, the rest of the front office staff were rude, dismissive and unhelpful, which made my experience very uncomfortable. I hope the office leadership address these issues because they have lost me as a patient and no doubt will lose more if they continue their inappropriate behavior.
