I had another fantastic visit to Bright Now! Dental at 4027 Tacoma Mall Blvd on 2/19/2026. From the friendly front desk staff to the caring dental techs, everyone made me feel welcome right away. My dentist, who has helped me through a complex procedure for the fourth time now, was outstanding—always professional and reassuring. The office manager personally checked in with me to make sure all my needs were met, and I appreciated how my appointment started right on time, even though the waiting room was busy. Checkout was quick and smooth, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

I appreciate good service and professionalism and Brightnow has both qualities, a staff dedicated to helping people and providing them with quality dental care, they are willing to work with you and make you feel valued as a customer. I initially gave this business 5 stars but after having gone there for almost 2 years I have since changed my rating. Everytime I have an appt here, I'm always charged an out of pocket fee. There's never been a time that I've gone and not had to pay. I don't have a copay so why am I always being charged extra. I'm a senior on a fixed income and they don't try to work with you as far as making pymts. I will not be returning!

Took me a while but here I am, the cancelations true, over charges true, incomplete dental care true. One half dental cleaning true it cost outside for a full cleaning insurance plan this place, was goverment employee recommended referral, they had no idea... temp crowns glued on like concrete, true, replacement crowns forgotten or late, still had pain after care for months, kept adding up, kept needing more specialist, mouth destroyed, run dont walk, dont sign anything ,not even the plan, never accept the in house loans even tough its offered with a smile and the youre told its the only one approved. Outnof all of them even having excellentt credit it won't matter... offer questionable..Youll be charged far beyond your insurance trust me.. if it too late for you, Good luck.

I’m a new patient with a new dental plan that requires me to go here. I scheduled a cleaning only to come in for a “comprehensive” exam (that’s what they billed my insurance for) only to be told that the doctor needs to see what level of cleaning I need. He literally put a flashlight in my mouth then walked away. No exam, no instruments in my mouth, no chat, nothing. I complained about what “comprehensive” means and the manager said after my cleaning, I’ll be checked by a doctor. None of this happened. They billed my insurance for $561 because he clicked a flashlight on at my face. The hygienist, who did a mid job at best, hit me with a few cute insults regarding my chipped teeth on top of it all. I have never had such a poor dental experience and I LOVE the dentist. I can see my home from their front door but I’m choosing to drive 30 min for a better experience.
