Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Tacoma, WA

Once again I am VERY happy with the care I received at Bright Now Dental! As with my first visit everyone was nice, caring and considerate. They have my trust & confidence. My second procedure went very well. Doctor Duong was as friendly, efficient and overall as great as my first visit. I will be returning in a week for additional work. Many thanks again to all the staff there for another great experience! Michael

Sarina at the front counter was incredibly helpful. She did not make me feel bad about any of me issues! I’ve been unable to get dental care due to lack of insurance and when she heard she jumped to help me out. Most dental offices I’ve been to have made me feel embarrassed bc of things like that but she was amazing. They better hold onto her but she’s amazing.

They are not Honest when booking appointments and treatment time. They schedule an appointment for me to be checked out and maybe get work done. They promised that the work might not be able to get done today which they all do that which makes sense. However they knew I had an appointment in a month to get a broken tooth fixed but it wasn't soon enough it could get worse and the doctor agreed. They said they could take me earlier and get me treated maybe not the same day but treated sooner than that. After my appointment they told me I would have to wait 2 months to have it fixed. They also knew the doctor was leaving early the day of my appointment. So he wasn't going to have time to fix anything today either way. The receptionist then told me I could see another provider but I would have to have a third exam done and x-rays. My insurance is not going to pay for it to be done three times because providers aren't available. We also drove an hour just to get to this location. I said it would have been nice when they scheduled this appointment to let me know once I was seen to get it fixed if there was no time to fix it the day of I would have to wait 2 months to get it fixed or pay for more exams and x-ray. She then replied with oh we wouldn't have known (but I booked this appointment a week ago a schedule doesn't fill up by 2 months in one week) she's looking at the ground when she says this and then she looks at me and says you didn't ask either. So because I didn't ask it is my fault. They're supposed to care about our Dental situations and pain. They should have never seen me if they knew they were never going to be able to fix it sooner than my own dentist. They just were able to charge me for my visit and make more money. It's extremely disappointing that the care here was so awful when the Olympia offices are so much better. You can trust the Olympia office I cannot say the same for the Tacoma. The doctors inside were very nice but so was this lady at 1st.

Mariah plus Dr Morcos equals my best possible experience with a Dentist!! 1000 stars! Mariah was so calming and knew her job well. With her already calming me down, in walks the best dentist ill ever had and the only one I want. He worked slow, with me to understand everything without overwhelming me. He could see i was nervous and had the best chairside manner. Im in Healthcare and I now see the best bedside manner in the business. No real pain. Ive never said this about a dentist but I cant wait to see him again. Great work Dr Morcos Bravo. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Great place

Worst place. You can never get an appointment. My son has been wearing braces for years with no improvement. They constantly say there are no appointments available, and even when we manage to book one, it sometimes gets canceled. There is little to no proper cleaning or consistent follow-up care. After all these years, I expected to see significant progress, but unfortunately, we haven’t. It feels like they care more about collecting money than providing quality orthodontic care and making sure patients actually improve. The service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
