My experience with Bright Now Dental great. The staff really took care of me and made me feel like they valued the customer. Most notably Rosa who worked at the front desk. She was so easy and so helpful, made my experience great! I had pain in my jaw and they were able to take me in a week early. Rosa also has great customer service. Lauceine and Dr. Choi were also a pleasure as i felt like they really cared about why i was there. I’ve been a loyal customer my whole life and they never disappoint.

Dominique (treatment coordinator) was super helpful. She made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done to me and the cost. Helped me naviavigate the credit card process and even helped me get a discount. I thank the whole team in general, dental care is stressful but I am at ease starting with Dr. Cardenas' care.

I can't say enough great things about the entire staff at the Anaheim office. Very understanding, knowledgeable, patient, professional & have great friendly personalities too. I've always had a deep fear of the dentist & they are so accommodating & gentle with me. I also recently brought both my elderly parents and they were great with each of their concerns & needs. Thank you Staff. Keep doing what you're doing. You have definitely taken the fear of the dentist & knocked it down considerably. That's why I keep coming back & referring friends & family to your location.

Great staff & dentists. I only needed an adjustment to my partials & was in & out in less than 30 minutes!! My husband & I have been going to Bright Now for several years & everyone is so attentive. Would definitely recommend Bright Now to friends.
