The first impression, when you walk in the door, is WOW! The facility is super clean and modern! All the staff is very nice, efficient, and professional. Their equipment is state of the art. Karina was great! She and Dr. Serrano, answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!

Top quality care, professional staff and you really get that family owned vibe from Serrano Orthodontics. We checked out several Orthodontist around town but they all felt too busy and missing the personal touch. Serrano Orthodontics came as a recommendation from a colleague. Very easy to make an appointment, we came in to have a custom sports mouth guard made for my 9 year old son and the mouth guard came out amazing. Cheap Store bought mouth guard are very uncomfortable and after 2 days end up in the sock drawer. My son was nervous but Dr Andrew Serrano calmed him down and the process was a breeze. The office looks really high-end, super clean and modern, i highly recommend Serrano Orthodontics. When it's braces time our son will definitely be coming here. Quick update: just got my sleep-appliance from Serrano Orthodontics to help combat sleep apnea. So far so good, I got rid of my apnea machine which ruined my nightstand and was a pain in the butt to clean everynight. All I have to do now is pop in the sleep appliance which looks like a mouth guard and I'm all set. Next is braces wish me luck 😬

Great experience! Staff was super friendly. Dr. Serrano was very informative and communicated well, even engaging in the kids interests. Karina was also great explaining our options and showing us around the office. The office is beautiful with lots of little touches to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!
