Told me that treatment was submitted to insurance for 6 months. I called monthly for updates only to be told they were still waiting. When I finally called my insurance I was told no claim was submitted. They took no accountability here. I am Very upset. Go elsewhere cause I wish I could.

Great service! My kids teeth look great so far. We have loved our experience here. We cannot wait to see the end result!

Horrible horrible today! My daughter had an appointment at 12:10, we got there at 12:05, the receptionist wasn’t at the desk, so we signed in. The receptionist came back to the desk after we had sat down, while we were waiting we noticed four or five other people going before us. I asked, the receptionist about it and she said she had forgotten to check the list! Ok, we kept waiting only to be over looked again. I asked another lady, she said my daughter’s appointment was at 12:45, no ma’am, it was 12:10. I had to show her my text messages. Please don’t lie!!! Please do better.

My has been going here like 2 1/2 years and the experience is always amazing great customer service, clean, and polite establishment. I wouldn’t have it no other way, but for my son to be seen by the best. He has his last appointment in a few months to make sure his retainer is fitting properly, and I hate that will be the last appointment. This was an out-of-pocket expense. My son did not necessarily need them, but it wouldn’t hurt him. So I went ahead and paid my portion on a payment plan which is was $3000 in my job paid 2500 and I would do it again.

Despite the pain in my freshly metallic bottom teeth, I absolutely was extremely pleased with my visit at westrock! My son and I both just recently got braces! Me at 42 and with five kids, worried about financial difficulties! With the payment being plan and not an outrageous down payment, I was able to commit. A speedy service but thorough! I would recommend anyone to at least go get a free consult! Also the front office assistant, I can’t remember her name, but she made me feel so good and knew me when I walked in from my son’s visit! She held conversations with me and I appreciate that!
