Place has big open space reception area, very clean. Employees are friendly, kind, and well groomed. Dentist has a professional manner without being aloof..

My tooth extraction went smooth as possible no complications I’m super satisfied with my previous visit.

The customer service was great and the staff was deceptively gracious, but don't expect to pay the advertised price. The advertised price for braces is $2,500, and I ended up paying $5,100! I called the day before my appointment lto make sure that this price was not a mistake. I've already had braces before, and I was hoping that I might be able to get a new retainer and be done. I'm medically retired and I only went to Smiley Dental because they accepted Medicaid.I ended up paying more than double what my grandchildren paid at at their private dentist. Just because I have the means to pay for it, doesn't mean I want to! I wish I had never gone to Smiley Dental and I will not be recommending them to anyone else. Oh well, they got me this time! Damned if they'll ever get me again!

All I needed was my wisdom teeth taken out because one broke and I was in a lot of pain. I went in for a X-rays and a so called treatment plan. So I had my consultation and they wanted to do all kinds of work well over 4200. I Repeatedly told them all I want was my wisdom teeth out and they were trying to charge me over $1200 just to do it. Went to stone wood dental in Robinson. They got me in the next morning and did it for 150.
