Great Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

Highly recommend Great Smiles! Dr. Bill is phenomenal! He treated my baby for severe lip and tongue ties and we’re so grateful for the care and treatment my son received from him. All the ladies were wonderful, as well. Just a great experience from start to finish.

We live in Marion and frequent that location. My son has had two procedures done at the Asheville location because they can’t do sedation at the Marion location. The staff called last Thursday to confirm our appointment for this morning at 8:30. I asked off work, and my son missed a day at camp. They call as we’re literally walking through the door and ask where we are. When we’re inside, the nurse comes out to tell us we’re too late for the sedation to take effect and cancels our appointment. There was no apologies on their end. Other than saying they’re going to find out who told me the wrong time. She then tells us the arrival time is different than the appointment time. Why would you even give a parent two different times? Regardless, I’m a huge planner and if I had been told 8, we would’ve been 15 minutes early- just like we were today. I don’t even want to visit this practice again.

Dr Doug and Stacy were wonderful! This was our first appointment with the office and I was so impressed. They were very professional and so good with my child. She was happy when she left and I learned a lot! Can’t wait for our dental visits in the future!

This is a wonderful dentist practice! Dr. Doug is kind and thorough and they are always efficient! We love Great Beginnings and when we moved 45 minutes away decided to keep coming here because they are the best! Always doing fun giveaways too, like the Valentine's gift basket this month. #asheville

My son had his first ever dental visit today and had a great experience with Dr. Doug and Ms. Stacy! They were so kind and made his experience exciting. They did a great job educating us both on daily healthy habits for his teeth, and we are looking forward to his next visit!
