My very nervous 6.5 year old left in a full smile! She has always been very anxious regarding dentist visits. We came in for an orthodontist consult. From the moment Melissa started with her pictures and X-rays, she was so patient and positive with her. Shelley helped ease her as well, showing her some of the other patients before and after photos. She helped entertain her while Dr. Stephanie reviewed some things with me. Dr. Stephanie was wonderful and wasn’t rushed speaking with me. I’ve decided to move her to the dental care to them as well after today’s visit. The rapport building I witnessed with my daughter and the wonderful staff that helped us, it really was outstanding. Looking forward to continuing with them.

We have been extremely pleased with the care our child has received at Great Smiles. The team is professional, kind, and thorough at every visit. They take the time not only to explain treatment plans clearly to me as a parent, but also to speak directly to my child in a way that is encouraging and age-appropriate. I especially appreciate how they reinforce the importance of good brushing and oral hygiene at each appointment. When my child hasn’t quite brushed as well as I would hope, they address it constructively and help motivate him to do better, which, as a parent, I am very grateful for! It truly feels like we are partnering together to set him up for long-term success. Thank you for continuing to care so well for our children and for consistently providing such attentive follow-up. We highly recommend this practice to any family looking for excellent orthodontic care.

We love love this practice!! Dr. Stephanie is awesome, we’ve also been dental patients of her father for 13 years and we’ve always been extremely happy. Cassandra did a great job taking X-rays, and Shelley is a delight to work with - she makes the administrative and financial portion of this clear and easy to work with.

Great Smiles Ortho has been a smooth and pleasant experience so far. Melissa Morris was very responsive and made the initial consultation feel personal, explaining all aspects of my daughter’s orthodontic treatment with care and ease. From the office staff and assistants to Dr. Stephanie and the inviting atmosphere we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
