Peter Pang DDS MAGD

Unfortunate to have my experience here whereby I was told by Dr. Pang to get all my teeth pulled and get "flappers," and I was only in my 40s then. The dentist was very rude and looked at me like I was vermin or something ghastly. I have since gone to other dentists and been treated with respect, had some cavities filled, and got to keep all my teeth! To call this place holistic is a misnomer, as none of the arenas of mind, spirit or body were upheld here.

Walking into Dr. Pang’s office was like entering a massage therapist’s waiting room (and I am a Massage/Bodywork therapist!). Soft music, salt lamps, ionic air purifiers, aromatherapy diffusers, and kind support staff at the front desk. I came in to establish myself as a new patient and to discuss the one tooth I had an issue with, only to find out that my entire mouth is a train wreck - which, incidentally, SHOULD have been caught way beforehand by my previous dentist. I am looking at extensive repair work going forward, but am confident Dr. Pang and his staff will be able to assist. He was kind and very thorough in his explanations of everything, as was Kristy, his assistant. It is, by far, the best experience I have ever had in a dental practice!

Walking into Dr. Pangs office was very soothing… I love how they have everything set up with all the holistic things from salt lamps, diffusers, etc. and the wonderful experience they provide you as a new patient! Lisa, the office manager was wonderful to work with and very thorough answering all my questions! Dr Pang was very informative with helping me with my mouth trouble from my amalgams that I’ve had in my mouth since middle school! I’m very excited to work with them getting these poisonous things out of my body and I’m expecting better health from this! Thank you for this wonderful first time experience!! Y’all are amazing!! My only regret in all of this is not finding you sooner!!!

Dr. Pang and staff attended to me on short notice in an emergency situation despite having a full schedule. A diagnosis was rendered quickly and explained clearly with sensitivity, and treatment immediately provided. Dr. Pang and his team are technically proficient, well-organized, compassionate, and patient with questions. I’ve been there a few times now, and I never feel like they are just putting in time. They care about their work and each patient. They’re the best of the best in my book. Wish I’d found them ago. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Pang did not make the time to review my bite wing photos while I was on-site to discuss any potential issues. I've had multiple crowns etc. and during those procedures Dr. Pang has left the room multiple times to meet the needs of other patients. I'm certain that Dr. Pang was working in the best interest of the patient at hand however, after 12 years and over 25k of dental work from this office, I expect better service. The costs here are very high and I am beginning to question if the costs are worth it. Update - Dr. Pang called me and extended kindness regarding the situation I presented. He offered a solution by reviewing my charts and offering to explain, in detail, what the situation is with my teeth. He explained it to me and I understand. He also said that I should have been offered to wait a few minutes for him to get to a safe point with his current patient so that he could explain in detail what was wrong with my teeth. More than anything, I appreciate the effort Dr. Pang made to remedy my unsatisfied experience. I will continue to go to Dr. Pang for teeth work and will have more patience and understanding for situations more dire than mine. Thanks Dr. Pang for reaching out.
