Embark Dental - Asheville

I relocated to Asheville and had a concern from a previous treatment in another city. I was able to get scheduled and seen in a matter of a couple of days. The team on site were fantastic. From the check in process with Maria and Courtney, and Thomas, my dental assistant, and Dr. Frank and Dr. Marc. When my concern was still being assessed, Dr. Frank had Dr. Marc step in and he immediately recognized what my underlying issue was. In a matter of minutes, it was corrected and I was sent on my way pain free. I have scheduled my new patient exam and cleaning, and am excited to have found this amazing team and convenient office. I had the pleasure of working with Julie and Dr. Nguyen. They’re really knowledgeable and help me understand my teeth more than any dentist ever did. They pay attention to detail and are open and honest and I love that. They have been taking really good care of my teeth. Super thorough. The office is clean and organized. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming. I highly recommend this dentist! They do an amazing job overall!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Marc Gonzalez took a great deal of time to talk with me, answer my questions, and help me feel comfortable making a decision about my care. Thomas was also wonderful during my assessment for a mouth appliance. He was patient, thorough, and made the process easy to understand. My dental hygienist (who's name has escaped me) was friendly, informative, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I truly appreciated how much time and care everyone gave me. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. My hygienist was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease, and the dentist took the time to explain everything, gave me options, and never made me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find a dental office that truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend them!

I had my first visit and was impressed with every aspect of my appointment, starting with check-in, where my insurance was reviewed and coverage explained. Kortney the hygienist was great and one of the most thorough cleanings I have ever had, but gentle. She explained everything during my cleaning and explained several issues with my teeth that even dentists have never explained to me, considering that I have had them for decades. Dr. Marc’s exam was thorough and informative and improved the appearance of an old filling that other dentists have wanted to replace for cosmetic reasons only. The technology in the office is cutting edge as well, with the handheld x-ray machines for very low exposure. I was almost disappointed that there is nothing that needs treatment, so now I have to wait 6 months before I can go back.
