We waited for 40 minutes, had to leave school and work earlier, but could just come 40 minutes later. I wish they could let us a little in advance that they moved our appointment.

They call nonstop 😭 I've told them many times I can't afford their services and that they don't take my ins and to PLEASE stop calling me, and they still do! Sometimes multiple times a day! Blocked and reported spam (which it already shows up as spam, guess I know why)

My experience at Black Orthodontist has been exceptional!! My only concern was that I had an appointment scheduled 10/14/24 and I totally understand d/t the storm situation that they were not taking patients that day. I live in Haywood County, so that’s 30 miles away. I didn’t receive a phone call or a text message saying that they weren’t seeing patients. I was just about to leave the house when my husband suggested that I call first. Thank goodness I did. Saved me a 60 mile trip for nothing.

I'm a dentist in Haywood county and have worked with Dr. Black for almost 40 years. He's my go to guy, always takes great care of my patients. Knowledgeable not only about straigtening teeth, but also how the dental arches affect your airway. Highly recommended.

We looked into multiple orthodontic places before my 10yr old got his braces. Dr. Black & staff were highly recommended to us. I couldn't be happier with him and his staff. The staff is absolutely amazing, my son actually loves going for his visits even looks forward to them. They are gentle with him and reassuring in everything they do. Dr. Black meets the child on their level and they explain everything to not only the parent but the child as well. I will continue to recommend this office to all of our friends and family. The 40min drive for us to get to the office doesn't bother us because you can't top the treatment you receive from the whole office. 10 out 10 for everything from this office! Smiles, vibes and treatment go a long way especially to a nervous kid!
