Highly recommend! My daughter was always treated well. Staff was always friendly and professional, Dr. Savage is great! Easy to communicate with and office is very clean and inviting! Also fun little drawings to participate in and little gifts for patients as well:)

Dr. Savage and her team are truly amazing! From my very first consultation in August 2024, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff is professional, caring, and friendly. Dr. Savage is incredibly thorough in explaining her treatment plan, and if you follow her recommendations, you’ll be thrilled with the results. I absolutely love my smile and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Christy Savage and the entire team at Great Smiles Orthodontics in Trussville are amazing! My granddaughter, Olivia, had a severe underbite, and in less than two years her teeth are beautifully aligned. We are thrilled with the results! The staff is warm, personable, and professional, and they made every visit a positive experience. They built a wonderful relationship with Olivia, making her feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. We highly recommend Dr. Savage and her exceptional team!
