My child had a wonderful experience at this orthodontic clinic. The entire team is welcoming, patient, and incredibly professional. They take the time to explain every step and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. I’m very happy with the care my 12 year old received and highly recommend them to anyone.

An excellent orthodontic clinic! The staff are very kind, and they work efficiently to ensure we have the best possible experience. Not to mention the prices, which are extremely fair considering the impeccable work they do. Going to this clinic was definitely my best choice.

While the front desk staff and overall office environment are pleasant and welcoming, my experience with Dr. Erin L. McAtee was deeply disappointing, rude, and entirely unprofessional. During my visit—which was requested by the office staff—I brought in my broken retainer, only to be falsely accused of intentionally damaging it as if I were asking for a free replacement or discount. I was being questioned & treated like a child. Having a professional degree does not excuse a lack of basic respect and customer care. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my interaction with Dr. McAtee."

Our experience at PT Orthodontics-Hoover has been excellent! The staff has always been so kind and helpful even when I’ve mixed up appointment days and have a wild toddler in tow. The experience was easy from start to finish.
