While the front desk staff and overall office environment are pleasant and welcoming, my experience with Dr. Erin L. McAtee was deeply disappointing, rude, and entirely unprofessional. During my visit—which was requested by the office staff—I brought in my broken retainer, only to be falsely accused of intentionally damaging it as if I were asking for a free replacement or discount. I was being questioned & treated like a child. Having a professional degree does not excuse a lack of basic respect and customer care. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my interaction with Dr. McAtee."

Definitely recommend!! Especially the Hoover location! All my visits are quick and easy! The staff are always friendly and caring with their work any questions I have are always answered!! Thank you! ☺️
