Thank you Dr. Smith for taking care of my son! I took my son in to have his wisdom teeth removed. We arrived at 7:45am and were completely out of there within 30mins! The staff were very nice and friendly! The atmosphere was delightful! My son is doing great so far, and I’m glad we were recommended there! Again thanks for the pleasant experience and the great hospitality! 12 stars!⭐️

Would have given them ZERO STARS IF I COULD! It begins at the front desk. Depending on the day and whatever mood the ladies are in you might get nice nasty! But for the most part they are Rude! Then you go to the back and they are even ruder the assistants get smart with you and really don’t want to engage. Lord forbid you call. I can smell the attitude and to be honest they really have a lack of knowledge the girls over the phone. Dr Rivers is never there it’s always a different person and she have poor bedside manners at times. I’ve spent tooo much of my money to supply the lavish new Clinc to be treated like a second hand citizen. If it wasn’t for your customers the business wouldn’t exist. So please gather the girls and have someone to come out and teach a class on customer. Please and thank you!

Went to Birmingham Orthodontics last week for their services and left highly satisfied (and a brace face lol). The consultation and beginning of treatment process was very smooth and done in a timely manner. 10/10.

One of my regular clients came in with braces and told me she got them done here. Setting up an appointment was easy, the consultation was through, seeing the X-rays and my teeth up close was great to see what I needed to correct. I can’t wait to start my new journey!

Great office and an amazing staff. Always super friendly. The lack of Christmas music around the holidays made me feel slightly less festive, but just a small suggestion.
