Great Expressions Dental Centers - Del Prado

I absolutely love this dental office! From the friendly receptionists to the kind dental hygienists, I've gone to this office for years and have been extremely happy with the treatment every time. They have even seen me quickly for an emergency appointment. Dr. Ana Beyra is amazing and very thorough with her explanation of procedures. She has amazing bedside manner, and she truly cares about her patients.

The staff are all very pleasant which is worth a couple of stars however I will not be returning. I have excellent oral hygiene with no cavities but was told I needed a deep cleaning. Despite my request for a basic cleaning, I was told the deep cleaning would cost $800 not covered by dental insurance and they were not able to provide the basic cleaning. I got a second opinion and was told a deep cleaning was not necessary. I would look elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

I started going to GE in 2023 and saw Dr Martinez who was kind and professional. She said i needed a deep cleaning that was done by Serene the hygenist. Serene is gentle and wonderful at what she does and very kind. I couldnt go back for a long time because i lost my insurance and then had other major health issues. The staff is always very kind so i was taken by surprise at the very rude and condescending way the dentist Ana Beyra spoke to me when she examined my mouth after x-rays were taken. She went off on me about the state of my mouth which was very uncalled for. All she had to do was tell me in a nice way that i need a deep clean. i felt like leaving right then. Again, the staff is very nice and serene is awesome, but if Dr. Beyra talks to me again in a rude and condescending way like she's talking to a child i won't be returning.

This is the type of service and professionals I will always go for assistance even with my eyes closed. The attention, the details of instructions and education about treatment and prevention, the care and concern about my health, I learned things I did not have knowledge about it. Loved it both: the location in Santa Barbara and Chiquita Blvd and the one at 1127 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral both.

I was seen as a walk-in dental emergency this morning after my crown popped off. The staff and Dentist were very accommodating working into their busy schedule. Great customer service from start to finish. I’ll follow up in three weeks for a permanent crown. I’d recommend them for any of your dental needs.
