I arrived about 10 minutes late, but there was active construction in the area and many roads were closed. I explained the situation, but they showed zero understanding or flexibility and still refused to see me. No one even called to confirm the appointment in advance, which is very unprofessional. Instead of trying to find a solution, they simply turned me away. Then they said the next available appointment would be in 8 months — which is honestly unbelievable. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, no empathy, and no respect for clients’ time or real-life situations. I would not recommend this place.

I absolutely love taking my kids to Smith Ortho. They are so professional and really great with the kids. We look forward to coming to the appointments just to feel the excitement of them seeing us. Today was the last appointment for my daughter. We will miss seeing everyone.

THEY HAVE DONE AN AMAZING JOB PUTTING MY SISTERS AND MY BRACES IN. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR NEW PATIENTS. THE STAFF DO AN AMAZING JOB AT COMMUNICATING (P.s. The new secretary is amazing compared to the last one that was really mean.)

Staff very professional. I overheard one of the staff named karolyn speaking bad about the patients. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and they’re clearly unaware. They were saying so many nasty things about a patients teeth and the dr and the rest of the staff were just laughing. I am so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommended this office to anyone. A shame.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! The most unprofessional secretary ever!! During my child's appointment I witnessed the secretary call 911 on another parent for falling asleep while waiting hours for her child's braces to be put on. The reason for doing so was she thought this mother might have been intoxicated. During my wait I spoke with the other mother numerous times and she mentioned she was exhausted from working all night third shift. In no way did she seem intoxicated! As I was leaving the police had her and her child stopped in front of the building and held up their uber to run her name. That poor child's face broke my heart! this woman wasn't even driving! Calling 911 on a mother taking her child to get braces! SHAME ON YOU SECRETARY! What kind of place calls 911 on a tired mother without even approaching her to find out if anything is really wrong? * *EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S COMPLETELY UNTRUE REPLY* YOUR REPLY IS A COMPLETE LIE! YOUR SECRETARIES WERE TALKING OPENLY ABOUT CALLING ON HER WHILE THE POLICE HAD HER OUTSIDE. COMMENTS ABOUT TRYING TO STALL HER LONG ENOUGH FOR THE POLICE TO GET THERE. WITH A LEADER THAT LIES SO BLATANTLY I FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW THIS ALL HAPPENED! WOW
