IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! The most unprofessional secretary ever!! During my child's appointment I witnessed the secretary call 911 on another parent for falling asleep while waiting hours for her child's braces to be put on. The reason for doing so was she thought this mother might have been intoxicated. During my wait I spoke with the other mother numerous times and she mentioned she was exhausted from working all night third shift. In no way did she seem intoxicated! As I was leaving the police had her and her child stopped in front of the building and held up their uber to run her name. That poor child's face broke my heart! this woman wasn't even driving! Calling 911 on a mother taking her child to get braces! SHAME ON YOU SECRETARY! What kind of place calls 911 on a tired mother without even approaching her to find out if anything is really wrong? * *EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S COMPLETELY UNTRUE REPLY* YOUR REPLY IS A COMPLETE LIE! YOUR SECRETARIES WERE TALKING OPENLY ABOUT CALLING ON HER WHILE THE POLICE HAD HER OUTSIDE. COMMENTS ABOUT TRYING TO STALL HER LONG ENOUGH FOR THE POLICE TO GET THERE. WITH A LEADER THAT LIES SO BLATANTLY I FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW THIS ALL HAPPENED! WOW

Smiths has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my daughter every step of the way. From the very first consultation, I was nervous because I couldn’t go back with her.. but every single visit, she comes out smiling, and telling me that the staff are her best friends! ♥️ They remember her by name, they celebrate her progress and always a positive experience. Having the work she needs for such a young girl, they make it all a breeze! Carrie - at the front desk makes scheduling and check- ins a breeze as well, and always smiling and happy! You won’t be disappointed in Smiths!

So as a mom we mix things up all the time especially with all the deaths our family has been experiencing. So I mixed up my daughter appointment time an hour after appointment yikes. I was very apologetic even ask to speak with someone due to me coming but making a mistake with timing honestly, secretary looks for text message and I stated oh I received text I just honestly got times mixed up. Then after waiting whom she went to get didn’t want to talk secretary just came back stating well I’m sorry this is our policy. I feel so bad as a parent we all need second chances.Now this is her first visit and they stated no reschedule and this is there policy at Smith Orthodontics beavercreek we drove from Clayton to Beavercreek but first I had to get her out of school to find out that she cant never make an appointment again.

This Place Is A Joke They Screwed My Teeth So Bad My Teeth Are Now Growing Into Each Other Because Of Them And I Got A Expander And It Hurt Like Crap And Also My Jaw Is Now Creaking Because It Is Hut My Orthodontist Lied To Me Saying That It Would Take Two Months For My Expander To Be In And Then Taken Out But It Took A Year I Am So Mad/sad Because They Screwed My Teeth For Life I Can’t Get Fixed So I Am Never Coming Back 1 Star.

They have done a great job of caring for me and my teeth would definitely recommend them
