Dhingra Orthodontics

I took my 2 children to 4 different orthodontists for consultations prior to getting them braces (and one an expander). Dhingra was different from the start. They took their time with the intro appointment and were the only ones who I felt like shot me straight with what they actually each needed instead of slapping me with the standard expander/braces package for each. The doctors are both so kind with the kids and me as the parent. The staff has always been wonderful to deal with. I am writing the review in hopes I can save another parent the trips to other offices and give them affirmation that Dhingra is wonderful. I’m so glad we brought the kids here and we will bring our son when he’s older to have his ortho needs addressed. Keep up the great work and patient care and thank you!

My experience with Dhingra Orthodontics has been extremely disappointing. I have been dealing with serious health issues and made this very clear to the office staff. Despite that, I received passive-aggressive text messages from the office while I was hospitalized, which was incredibly insensitive. They later sent another passive-aggressive message accusing me of missing payments during the time I was in the hospital. At no point was my balance ever clearly communicated to me. When I asked to speak with clinical staff for clarity, I was told no. Instead, I received a call from someone who eventually identified herself as Taylor from the front desk. She was argumentative, completely lacked empathy, offered no solutions, and even said, “I don’t know how to help you.” She then hung up on me, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. The customer service here is horrible. The way this business treats patients, especially those experiencing medical issues,is astounding. I truly hope the owner of this practice sees this review and realizes the kind of staff she has hired, because the level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity I encountered was shocking. Because of how poorly I was treated, I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience with my orthodontist! From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. My orthodontist was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

I had a great Invisalign experience at this office. The staff are so friendly and their attention to detail ensured that my teeth were perfect by the end. Dr. Dhingra has cared for every member of my family and we are so happy with the final results.

We have had two kids get braces with Dr. Dhingra's office and have had a great experience both times. The staff is wonderful, and we have had great results.
