We just had a consultation with Dr. Smith and I could not be more impressed with him and Holly. When we first met with Holly, I really appreciated how she explained everything they were going to be looking at and why directly to my 7 year old daughter. Not just to me. Same with Dr. Smith and he was so patient with my questions. While I had hoped braces weren't in our near future, I completely trust that they have my girl's best interest at heart!

Smith Orthodontics is the best! They have great videos that they can text you to help understand treatment! Highly recommend!

Even though my problems couldn't be solved at Smith Orthodontics, it was an absolutely incredible experience. Dr Smith led with honesty, knowledge, and empathy. My treatment coordinator, Maddie was also very knowledgeable and so personable. She made me immediately feel relaxed and like I was talking to one of my sisters. Laura at the front desk was just the sweetest and went the extra mile both in person and on the phone. Lastly, the consultation (including my X-ray) was free of charge, which shocked me. Smith Orthodontics is a fantastic, high quality, affordable office and I would recommend it to anyone.

We have been going to this office for years now- had three of our children get braces here and now my husband and I are scheduled for an Invisalign consultation. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They are always so helpful and kind, especially sweet Holly. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get appointments when that fit our schedule, understand everything that is happening, gives expert advice, and even helps the kids keep up with proper dental hygiene. She truly cares about them and their beautiful smiles!

I am a returning patient from the orthodontist Dr. Smith bought the office from. I was so impressed with how well some of the staff remembered me and how kind and generous they are! Dr. Smith was so personable and reasonable regarding some work that I wasn't completely satisfied with that I had done prior to seeing him. Mrs. Norma at the front desk was just as pleasant as she had always been - she is very good to work me in and make check-ins very quick and easy. Not to mention, the office is so nicely decorated and kept - makes my visit delightful!!
