Dental Blush - Cape Coral, FL

Worst experience ever. Had to wait an hour just to be seated and after I did my xray they made me wait another 15 minutes just to tell me they can not do my cleaning afterwards. Mind you they are the ones that was blowing up my phone to get me in for my routine …. they wanted me to come back another day just to do the cleaning. I woke up early on my only day off just to come thinking I was getting my routine cleaning but no. I will definitely not be coming back and don’t recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and professionalism; the staff was incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable about their work. They were very helpful at all times. I am absolutely delighted to have come here; I’ve already told all my family and friends not to hesitate to come here for care. Highly recommended—5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had. My husband was told he needed a root canal when, after getting both a second and third opinion, we found out he did not need one at all. On top of that, they claimed he had multiple cavities that other dentists confirmed were not there. It is very concerning that even while looking at the X-rays, they either completely misdiagnosed him or intentionally exaggerated problems that did not exist. This could have led to unnecessary dental work, pain, and expensive treatments that were never needed. Please be very careful and do not blindly trust everything you are told here. I highly recommend getting a second or even third opinion before agreeing to major procedures. Thank goodness we decided to double check before moving forward.
