Risas Dental and Braces - Aurora South

Had clear aligners here and while it did work, my experience was not the best. First off i had to wait 3 months to get my first set of aligners when i was told it would take max 6 weeks. During and after 6 weeks, i never got a phone call from them. I had to call several times to their useless call center to see what was going on and every time they promised to call me back with an update, they never did. Nothing happened until i had to show up at the dental office unannounced after several weeks of calling to finally get an explanation about what was going on and finally recieved my aligners after a couple days. I paid in full for my aligners on the first day so this was very frustrating. There was a lot more issues that I had here: Every appointment was 10 minutes with a 20-30 minute wait time, doctor would forget to tell me important info which i had to remind her several times. She was also not very helpful when I expressed concerns about my final results. You have to call into their call center instead of being able to call directly to their front office which is very inconvenient and unnecessary. For my final check in appointment I had to get new retainers in which they let me know it would take about 1-2 weeks to get, 2 weeks pass by and I never hear back from them (shocker). Only good thing about this place is that it's cheap and the receptionist are nice. If you want an unorganized and frustrating experience, you should come here!

Every dental place I’ve visited has had numerous errors and a lack of care, but not here! This place is a it. A special shoutout to Liz for her kindness and unwavering dedication to ensuring that my questions were answered and that my concerns were explained in detail to calm me down. Dr. Marwa was also fantastic; she answered all my questions without me even asking. She showed me everything to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 🌟

Outstanding orthodontist office! The care is exceptional, and the results are fantastic. Dr. Lachica is wonderful—friendly, professional, and always making sure you're comfortable. Jenn, the ortho assistant was also professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this team for all your orthodontic needs

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this clinic. I’ve gone through my entire braces treatment. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and affordable and I make sure to tell all my friends and family about the place. I greatly appreciate Dr lachicas and the staffs expertise. I am beyond happy with the results
