I recently visited the dental office and had a great experience with Dr. Willis and his assistant Leslie. Dr. Willis was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Leslie was also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and very supportive during the visit. She helped make the whole experience smooth and less stressful. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff were welcoming. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Willis and Leslie to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I had an amazing experience getting my first set of braces placed. Dr. Beebe and Assistant Vanesa both did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were extremely professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly before starting, which really helped ease my nerves. Emily, who took care of me was kind, patient, and very attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time and answering all my questions with a positive attitude. I received a voicemail last week saying they needed to speak with me about my appointment today. I tried calling back multiple times, but no one ever answered. I was even on hold for as long as 20 minutes. They did call me back repeatedly, but every single time it was from a different number. With the amount of robocalls and spam calls people get these days, calling from random numbers is a terrible system — those calls will always get blocked. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told it had been canceled. No one said that in the message. No one told me I needed to call back weeks in advance to reschedule. For an organization this large, I don’t understand how they can’t answer their phones or communicate properly. Extremely frustrating experience. One star.

I have been with Risas braces for 9 months so far and from the first visit everyone was amazing. Emily has eased my anxiety of my next steps in treatment and Dr. Bebbe has made so much progress with prepping me for my upcoming oral surgery. If you thought about coming to Risas but was hesitant, wait no further. Front desk staff and dental staff are excellent and customer oriented. Thank you Risas for allowing my journey to stress free convenient and very budget friendly.
