Mary was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and truly caring. The entire staff was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and worked together to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy, Mary, and the entire team at Comfort Dental. Thank you all for the exceptional care!

I got my braces here 1 year ago in May with Dr. Kennedy. Service has always been top tier. Maria at the front desk is super knowledgeable and very helpful. 2 weeks to go and couldn’t recommend anywhere better! Thank you Comfort Dental Braces 😊

Today, I had an appointment for my braces, but the experience was absolutely dreadful. I had specifically requested a bracket repair, so i had the intention that i was going to have it fixed. I Arrived and long story short the girl tried to explain that i don’t need the bracket fixed? (which makes no sense) so i asked about any alternative options, and the receptionist claimed that she could perform the repair. As soon as she removed the wires, she instructed me to brush my teeth and went to the front. However, she then brought another receptionist to inform me that they couldn’t proceed with the repair either. I pointed out that they had previously promised to fix the bracket, but she continued to dismiss my concerns and rolled her eyes. I explained that I was paying in full for the braces and tried to reason with her, but she resorted to bringing up my monthly payment of $100 as an argument. It was incredibly unprofessional of her to discuss my financial situation in this manner. To make matters worse, they left glue on my teeth and forgot to add the springs. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against visiting this place.

Rosio and Adma as Well as Dr.Kennedy and Maria got us in quickly was extremely professional and nice. They were even able to squeeze me in right with my children. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The whole two years that I have been coming here I’ve had good experiences. They are polite and careful when handling your teeth and mouth. Today I got my braces off and Mary was very gentle and nice.
