Dr. Davis is always so kind at our appointments, very personable and willing to answer any questions. We’ve had amazing experiences with assistants Ines and Raphael, they both have gone above and beyond in providing the best care for my daughter’s braces journey. Thank you to the whole Risas staff for providing a great experience for me and my family.

My visit started off fine. The front desk was smooth and the initial process felt organized. However, once I got further into the appointment, the experience went downhill. Communication became unclear, and I felt rushed and uncomfortable. There wasn’t much explanation about what was happening or why, and the tone shifted compared to the beginning. For someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, that matters. I came in ready to handle business and take responsibility for my dental health, but the overall experience after the initial intake didn’t feel supportive or reassuring. I hope they work on consistency in patient care from start to finish.

My name is Angel Cortes.I am following up on my previous review because the situation has only become more frustrating. I was told I would receive a call from Manager Karen Salvador on Saturday regarding my concerns. I never received a call or message. I reached out to the call center myself so I could formally file a complaint about the poor communication and unprofessional conduct I experienced, particularly from Nelly (assistant) and Dr. Tirani. When I asked questions during my visit, I felt dismissed and was met with visible frustration rather than clear answers. I was told my appointment was scheduled for Friday at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, I was informed it had been canceled. There was no prior communication to notify me. After that, I was referred out to a specialist which raises the question: why was that not done from the beginning? The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. This was my first time returning to the dentist after several years, and unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience. Patients deserve clarity, respect, and follow-through.

This place has great hospitality and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The assistant that worked on my teeth for my past few visits, Rafael, is very nice and Doctor Davis is very funny and welcoming every-time I come. W risas
