Had a great experience at Risas! The whole team was super professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Big shoutout to Ines for doing my braces and really fixing my teeth — she did an amazing job and I’m hella happy with my smile now. Definitely recommend!

Leslie and Rafi, you two are so amazing! Honestly I think everyone in this office has always been so wonderful. We love this office! And Dr. Davis has such a funny and kind personality! We will definitely be taking our next kiddo here for his brace.

My initial first experience was great. I went back for light basic cleaning but recommended I need a deep cleaning me dealing with breast cancer finally got approved from my dr I had appt set for April 13 it was cancel they said my insurance is not going to cover it due to frequency that I had to wait 6 months I was going back and forth with insurance an risas . The insurance kept telling me they can but risas saying no that the manager also reviewed it I told them ok I guess I’ll just wait till August. Something told me to call my insurance again they kept saying they’ll cover it which I found it crazy risas kept telling they talked to my insurance. I end up just going to new location in Tempe explain the situation and omgtheyvqeee so helpful they knew the code I was talking about very knowledgeable about my insurance was able to get an appt next day and received the service that I needed with absolutely no hassle .

We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Davis, the orthodontist, and the team at Risas. With our family of six boys, we looked at a lot of orthodontists, and cost mattered. Risas stood out—and honestly, the experience has well exceeded our expectations. After our oldest son started braces, my wife and I looked into aligners. We weren’t planning on it, but our old retainers weren’t cutting it anymore. Their quote was very competitive, so we went for it—and we’re really glad we did. Dr. Davis has been professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We’ve already recommended Risas to several friends and family and feel good having our smiles in their care.

I am not satisfied with the scheduling process. Due to their scheduling system issues, a previously scheduled appointment was missed and then the patient was rescheduled 6 weeks later. As a result, the braces are now significantly overdue for adjustment and the recommended treatment schedule has been disrupted.
