i-Orthodontics

TLDR: 50% more expensive than my dentist but worth every freaking penny. Originally, I was going to get invisalign through my dentist but after 2 weeks of back and forth he called me in and explained that he wasn't confident that it would fix my bite (the crazy back molar specifically) and that we could go ahead, but there was a good possibility it would take a really long time, and we'd have to do multiple revisions. My primary concern was having a functional bite not just straight teeth so he referred me to Dr. Issac for a second opinion. In fact, he told me that is where he would be taking his kids when the time came. Pretty sure that's the ultimate recommendation. Dr. Isaac was fairly confident in invisalign but also told me worse case he would slap a few brackets on at the end if needed. In the end, I went with braces because we knew for sure they'd get the job done and they also happened to be cheaper because they could do everything in house and I wasn't paying for the invisalign name. My insurance doesn't cover any orthodontics and while they didn't take CareCredit they were willing to set up a payment plan. I will say that the cost was about 50% more than what my dentist was charging but my dentist only does CareCredit or pre-payment plans. It was nice to just make a down-payment and get the braces put on that day. It did include retainer insurance too. I had a fantastic experience overall. Yes it hurt and was a giant pain being a 33 year old in braces but it actually only took 18 months instead of the original 24. The staff was always great at explaining and making sure I understood what was needed. I actually went to all 3 locations at some point and while Lone Tree is my favorite they were all very nice and comfortable. They do rotate locations so you need to be a bit flexible when scheduling sometimes. I live pretty much smack in the middle of all 3 so that didn't matter for me. But for others, you might have to drive further or wait longer. I should also point out that I wasn't interested in a "perfect" smile. Braces only move teeth so you'll notice I still have dark triangles (although he did shave them to try and make them smaller) as well as chips and grinding. They do offer composite bonding and other stuff too if you're interested in a magazine worthy smile. I was more concerned about not biting my own cheek all the time. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them especially if you're someone who's not a great candidate for invisalign.

We've had a great experience with Dr. Chung and the team at I Orthodontics. Both of my kids have had braces here, and everyone has always been so friendly, professional, and great with them. The appointments are efficient, and the entire process has been easy. I highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Dr Chung and his staff are professional, kind, and very helpful. My daughter and I both used their Invisalign service and couldn't be happier. The ability to choose which office to go to and the ease of scheduling make it the perfect office for a busy family. Our experience with i-Orthodontics has been excellent since the very first consultation! The staff are very kind to my son. They are always smiling and hospitable when we walk into the office. My son says they are gentle with him and don't poke him in the mouth. Both the technicians and Dr. Isaac are great at communicating throughout the appointment.

Dr. Chung and his entire staff are incredible. Several office locations make it convenient to get appointments that work with your schedule. The offices are clean and comfortable - I especially loved using the massage chairs during my son’s adjustments. My son’s teeth look amazing - we are so happy with the service and quality of care that Dr. Chung and his staff provided!
